How to Add a New CMS Page

  1. Navigate to Admin Panel → CMS
  2. Click on “Add CMS Page”
  3. Fill in:
    • Page Title (e.g., Refund Policy)
    • Content (use the rich text editor)
    • Visibility Toggle – Show or hide it from the app
  4. Click Save to publish it

Adding or Editing FAQs

  1. Go to the FAQ section within CMS
  2. Click Add FAQ
  3. Fill in:
    • Question Title
    • Answer Content

FAQ's

The CMS (Content Management System) section allows administrators to manage all static content displayed to users, such as FAQs, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other informational pages.

To add a new FAQ:

  1. Go to the CMS Management section.
  2. Click on “Add FAQ.”
  3. Enter the question and answer.
  4. Click Save. The FAQ will now be visible to users on the platform for reference.

Yes. You can:

  • Click “Edit” to update the question or answer.
  • Click “Delete” to remove the FAQ permanently.

CMS content can appear:

  • In the My Account section
  • During Sign Up
  • During Checkout
  • Or in other locations depending on your platform setup. You can configure this while creating or editing CMS entries.

  1. Click “Add CMS.”
  2. Enter the Title (e.g., Data Deletion Policy).
  3. Select where it should be visible (App, Website, or Both).
  4. Define the position and show type.
  5. Use the editor to enter and format the content.
  6. Click Save to publish.

You can:

  • Format text as bold, italic, or underlined
  • Insert headings, links, images
  • Set text color and background color
  • Align content (left, center, right, justify)

At the moment, scheduling is not supported. All content is published immediately upon saving. You can manually edit or remove content at any time.

No, there is no fixed limit. However, for better performance and user experience, keep the CMS list organized and relevant.

Customers will only see CMS content based on where and when you choose to display it (e.g., during signup or checkout). Be sure to configure visibility settings properly.

Currently, there is no live preview feature. You can, however, save and review the content on the front-end and edit it anytime.
