Precise Report

A smart analytics dashboard that gives you a clear view of all your order activity, segmented by type, payment mode, and user behavior.

Here You’ll Find:

  • Order Categories: Pending, Cancelled, Accepted, Scheduled, Ongoing, Completed
  • Order Insights: Day-wise total orders, Promo orders, Orders by Card/Cash/Wallet
  • Cancellation Stats: Cancelled by Drivers vs. Users
  • User Breakdown: User details + individual order count

Date Filters: Filter data by Today, Weekly, or Monthly
Export Option: Download data using the top-right export tab

The Precise Reports module provides the admin with detailed insights into all order-related activities and user behaviors on the platform. It includes real-time data filtered by order status, payment method, and user engagement, organized by day, week, or month.

You can view reports for:

  • Pending orders
  • Accepted orders
  • Cancelled orders
  • Completed orders
  • Scheduled orders
  • Orders by payment method (e.g., cash, card)
  • User-wise order counts

Each of these has a dedicated section with a detailed list.

Click on the “Show” button next to any report type. This will redirect you to a detailed list that includes order number, user details, driver details, payment method, addresses, and order amount.

Yes. You can view reports based on:

  • Today’s data
  • Weekly data
  • Monthly data
    You can also use the custom date range filter to select a specific time period.

You can filter data using:

  • Dropdown filters (based on order status or type)
  • Custom date range selection
  • Clear Filter button to reset all filters

 

Each report includes the user’s name, email address, phone number, and the number of orders placed. If a driver was involved, their contact details are also included.

Yes. Just click on the “Export” button to download the currently visible report in a file format (such as Excel) to your local system for offline use or further analysis.

If there are no orders or activities for the selected day, week, or month, the report will display “No data found” or remain blank.

This section shows a list of users along with the number of orders they have placed. You can also view this data based on Today, Weekly, or Monthly filters.

Yes. Each detailed report view includes a Back button that returns you to the main Precise Reports page.

Yes. The data is pulled in real-time from the system, so the reports reflect the latest activities as they happen on the platform.

Yes. By default, when you open any report, it loads the data for the current day. You can change the timeline using the available filters.
