FAQ's

The buffer schedule time is the minimum time (in minutes) before which a customer can schedule a booking.

For example, if the buffer time is set to 45 minutes and the current time is 1:00 PM, customers will only see available time slots starting from 1:45 PM onwards.

This allows your system and service providers to prepare in advance for any scheduled bookings and avoid last-minute requests that may not be fulfillable.

This setting defines how far in advance a customer can make a booking.

For instance, if you set this value to 15 days, users can only book services that are within the next 15 days.

Yes. The Schedule Notification Period allows you to define how much earlier a customer should be notified before their booking begins.

For example, if it’s set to 30 minutes, users will get a reminder notification 30 minutes before their ride or service starts.

These are reasons you define in advance for users to select when they cancel a ride.
Instead of typing a custom reason, users can simply choose from your list—like “Change of plans” or “Booked by mistake”—making the cancellation process smoother and more structured.

This option allows or restricts users from cancelling a booking after it has been accepted by a driver or provider.

Enable it if you want users to have flexibility. Disable it to avoid operational disruptions after confirmation.

You can upload and manage the banner images directly from the Module Settings section.

The recommended aspect ratio will be shown in the system interface to ensure the images display correctly across all devices.

The SOS feature allows users to request emergency help.

You can configure whether SOS is available at all times or only during an active ride, and choose the method:

  • Call: Triggers a direct call to emergency support.
  • Message: Sends an emergency SMS to a predefined contact or support team.

Yes, all these settings are configurable at any time from the admin panel. You can adjust them based on evolving business needs or user feedback.

Here’s a simplified version of the user flow:

  1. User opens the app and selects a service or ride.
  2. Chooses a future time based on buffer and maximum period settings.
  3. Receives a notification before the scheduled time, based on the notification period.
  4. If needed, the user can cancel and select a reason from the predefined list.
  5. If an emergency arises during the ride, the user can activate SOS (if enabled).

The system will not show time slots that violate the buffer time. For example, if it’s currently 2:00 PM and the buffer is 30 minutes, time slots before 2:30 PM will be hidden or disabled.

Yes, these are global configurations and apply to all users and scheduled services unless you’ve enabled per-service or per-vendor overrides.
