The Tools module allows the admin to control and configure various system-wide settings like booking behavior, platform features, UI layouts, referral programs, banner management, dynamic labels, and more—all from a centralized location.

Schedule Booking Time defines the minimum time gap (in minutes) required between the current time and a scheduled order.
Example: If it’s 2:00 PM and the value is set to 20 minutes, the earliest a user can book is 2:20 PM.

This setting controls how far into the future a user can schedule an order. For example, if set to 7 days, users can only schedule bookings within the next 7 days.

Yes. The admin can configure a notification to be sent X minutes before the scheduled time, alerting users about their upcoming order.

This sets the minimum total order value required for a user to use their wallet balance during checkout.

Admins can define a list of pre-set cancellation reasons that users can choose from when canceling their order. These can be added, edited, or deleted anytime.

Toggles are used to enable or disable features such as:

  • Dining
  • Table Booking
  • Takeaway
  • Catering
  • Accept Location
  • Cancel After Accept
  • Cart Reminders
    These features become instantly available or hidden on the user end based on admin preferences.

From the layout section, admins can:

  • Choose between available homepage layouts.
  • Upload, update, or remove app and website banner images dynamically.

This allows the admin to:

  • Import data via CSV/Excel (e.g., new modules or updates).
  • Download sample templates.
  • Configure options like recurring types (daily/alternate), app review links, service tax, takeaway label, and partial order support.

Admins can set a number of days after which a user should receive a reminder if they left items in the cart. The reminder includes a custom title and message to prompt checkout.

Admins can:

  • Set the referral title and code length.
  • Define the reward amount for both the referrer and recipient.
  • Monitor the transaction history of referrals and rewards.

Use the Bulk Upload feature:

  1. Create a CSV file with the booking data.
  2. Include image URLs for each entry.
  3. Upload the file from the admin panel, and the system will map and store the records.

Dynamic labels are customizable labels that can appear in the user app, merchant panel, or website. They allow you to show context-specific labels without modifying the core code.

While there’s no “preview” mode, all changes in the tools module take immediate effect and can be modified or rolled back easily at any time via the admin panel.

It is recommended to configure key settings (like schedule booking rules, referral program, and banners) before going live. However, all settings can be updated on the fly post-launch as well.
