FAQ's

The tool section is a set of advanced settings and modular configurations that allow the admin to manage dynamic labels, scheduling rules, wallet rules, referral settings, notifications, and banner images. It helps the admin customize how the platform works for both users and merchants.

In the module settings, the admin can set:

  • Buffer schedule time (e.g., minimum time before a booking can be scheduled)
  • Maximum schedule period (how far in advance bookings can be made)
  • Scheduled notification period (how early users should be reminded)
  • Minimum cart amount required to use wallet
  • Predefined cancellation reasons (add, edit, or delete)
  • Dynamic tip settings
  • Option to allow users to cancel orders even after acceptance by toggling on or off

Yes. The admin can upload and delete:

  • Application banner images (displayed inside the app)
  • Website banner images (banner one, banner two, banner three displayed on the website)

These can be uploaded directly from the local system and updated anytime.

Cancellation reasons help standardize why an order might be canceled. Admins can add reasons like “delay,” delete old ones, and keep the list relevant for users to select when canceling an order.

This feature allows the admin to import data in bulk using an Excel sheet. The admin can also download a sample sheet to prepare the correct format before uploading.

The admin can decide whether users will see partial orders or only full orders in their order details, giving flexibility in how order information appears.

Admins can configure recurring orders by defining recurrence patterns like:

  • Every day
  • Alternate days

Once set and saved, these recurring options become visible to users.

The admin can enter a service tax value that will be applied automatically to orders where applicable.

If a user keeps items in the cart without completing the order, the admin can define after how many days users should get a reminder.

Admins can also set the title and message of the reminder notification.

This section manages the refer-and-earn program. The admin can set:

  • Referral title
  • Referral code length
  • Earnings for the referrer and referee

These settings define how users can invite others and what rewards they will get.

The transaction history section shows all refer-and-earn transactions, including:

  • Date of referral
  • Referrer’s name
  • Referral amount
  • Referred user’s name and amount earned

When importing product data through an Excel sheet, images can also be added. Admins can upload an image, get its URL, and place it into the Excel sheet. This ensures that products appear with images on the user side.

Dynamic labels are customizable text labels that can be shown on the application, website, or merchant panel. The admin can create new labels and decide where they should appear.

Admins can view and configure URLs for merchant modules such as:

  • Merchant dashboard
  • Merchant orders
  • Merchant products
  • Merchant panel

This helps organize and quickly access different parts of the merchant system.

It centralizes advanced configuration, making it easy for the admin to control scheduling, payments, referrals, notifications, product data, and design elements without coding. This keeps the platform flexible and aligned with business needs.
