Project Details

The Settings module empowers you to manage everything from business branding to system integrations.

Within settings, click on Project Detail.

General Settings


This subsection allows the admin to modify General Settings of the project, including:

  • App Name
  • Company Name
  • Admin URL
  • Dispatcher Name
  • Dispatcher URL
  • Website URL
  • Support Email
  • Address
  • Phone No
  • Hotline No

Customization Settings

You can also customize your settings according to your requirements:

  • Currency & Decimal Precision: Define how prices appear, e.g., in INR/USD and round up to 1 or 2 decimals.
  • Auto Cancellation: Set how long the system waits before canceling an idle booking.
  • Supported Country: Specify which country/countries your platform serves.
  • Admin Commission Type: Choose if your commission is included in prices or added on top.
  • Tax Breakdown (Enable/Disable): Show a clear breakup of all taxes on user invoices.
  • Text for Merchant: Customize call-to-action for merchants.
  • Enable Dynamic CMS: Lets you update static app content (terms, policies) without touching code.
  • Allow Cash Payment: Toggle whether customers can pay by cash.
  • Distance Measurement Unit: Choose between kilometers or miles for distance measurements.
  • Notify on Doc Update: Sends reminders about document updates or expiry.
  • Two-Factor Authentication: Adds extra login security for admins/users.

Keys & URLs

Navigation: Admin Panel → Settings → Project Details → Keys & URLs

Here you can find:

  • Social URLs: Add links for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, App Store, and Play Store — so users can find, follow, and download your app easily.
  • Dispatcher Links: Direct links to your dispatcher apps for both Android and iOS, making it easy to access for drivers or logistics managers.
  • Google API Keys: Required for using maps, location tracking, and more — set for Web, Android, and iOS.
  • Facebook Signing Key: Enables secure Facebook login and app integrations.

Edit Profile

  • Upload Image
  • Name & Contact
  • Update

Change Password

  • Enter Current Password
  • Enter New Password and Update

FAQ's

The Project Details section allows the admin to view and update all key configuration and profile settings of the platform, including general information, customization options, profile data, and security settings.

The admin can view and update fields like:

  • App name
  • Company name
  • Admin panel URL
  • Merchant panel URL
  • Dispatcher panel URL and name
  • Website URL
  • Support email
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Hotline number (helpline number for users)

All these fields are directly editable. The admin can change the text as needed and then click on the Update button to save the new details.

The admin can customize:

  • Currency of the platform
  • Decimal positioning (e.g., two, three, or four digits after the decimal)
  • Auto-cancellation time for unaccepted orders
  • Supported countries (multiple countries can be selected)
  • Admin commission type (inclusive or exclusive)
  • Detailed tax breakdown (enable or disable)
  • Merchant text displayed in the website panel
  • Intro screen for new users (enable or disable)
  • Enable dynamic CMS (allows adding new CMS pages)
  • Enable or disable multiple categories
  • Allow or disallow cash payments
  • Distance measuring unit (kilometers or miles)
  • Notify document updates (enable or disable)
  • Enable or disable two-factor authentication (2FA)

If a user places an order that is not accepted by the merchant or admin within the set cancellation time (e.g., 45 minutes), the system will automatically cancel that order.

If set to inclusive, the admin commission is included in the displayed order amount. If set to exclusive, the commission appears as a separate charge under “admin commission.”

When enabled, it shows users and merchants a full breakdown of taxes for each order. If disabled, only the total tax amount is displayed.

The intro screen is a welcome or tutorial screen that appears to new users when they first open the app. The admin can choose to enable or disable this screen.

When enabled, it allows the admin to create and add new CMS pages in the platform. If disabled, the admin can only edit existing CMS pages.

The admin can enter new values for:

  • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok IDs and profile links
  • Dispatcher Facebook link and App Store link
  • Google API and Android API keys

After updating, click on the Update button to save changes.

The admin can update their:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Profile picture

All changes are saved by clicking on Update.

In the Change Password section, the admin must enter the current password, then the new password, and confirm it. Clicking Update will set the new password.

Yes. Once the admin updates and saves, the changes are applied immediately to the platform.
