FAQ's

The Tools section allows the admin to configure various operational and UI-level settings related to modules like grocery, referral systems, cart reminders, banners, bulk uploads, and dynamic labels. It ensures platform behavior aligns with the business logic.

Yes. For example, the Grocery Module has its own set of configurable parameters like buffer time, schedule period, and wallet booking criteria. These are customizable per business type.

It refers to the minimum time gap allowed between the current time and a scheduled order time. E.g., if the buffer time is 10 minutes, and it’s 2:00 PM, the user can schedule orders only for 2:10 PM or later.

Yes, using the Maximum Scheduling Period setting. This defines the furthest time into the future that a booking can be scheduled.

This defines how many minutes or hours before a scheduled order the system will send a reminder to both the user and the driver.

This is the minimum value required in the cart to enable wallet as a payment option. If the cart total is less than this value, wallet payment won’t be allowed.

Yes, admins can add or delete predefined cancellation reasons. These appear to users when they cancel an order.

When enabled, it notifies users if the ordered item quantity is about to go out of stock.

It allows or restricts users from canceling an order after it has been accepted by the merchant.

Location access will be restricted, affecting app functions that depend on GPS/location data.

If enabled, users will receive notifications if they leave items in their cart for a set number of days.

Yes. Admins can upload, delete, or replace banners for both the website and mobile application homepage.

Admins can set:

  • Number of days after which reminders should be sent.
  • The reminder’s title and message body.
This is shown to users who abandon items in their cart.

These define the repeat options for scheduled or subscription orders — such as daily, alternate days, weekly, or every third week.

Admins can:

  • Define the referral code length.
  • Set earnings for both the referrer and the recipient (e.g., ₹20 for the referrer, ₹10 for the recipient).
The system logs and displays all transactional histories.

In the Refer & Earn section, each transaction shows the date, referral amount, referrer, and recipient.

Admins or merchants upload images here first. Each uploaded image gets a URL, which can be inserted into the bulk Excel sheet. This ensures product images map correctly when the sheet is uploaded.

Yes. Multiple images can be uploaded, and their URLs will be generated automatically for bulk use.

Yes, admins can edit or delete labels from the list at any time.

This section allows the admin to store and manage URLs for merchant dashboard features like orders, products, etc. These links are used to power sections of the merchant panel.

  • User selects a time slot.
  • System checks buffer time configuration.
  • If the selected time is valid, the slot is confirmed.
  • System then schedules the reminder based on the notification period.
  • If successful, the order is sent to the driver or store as per schedule.

  • Admin uploads the image in “Bulk Upload Images”.
  • System provides a URL.
  • Admin pastes this URL into the product sheet.
  • When the sheet is imported, these images are auto-mapped to the products.

All changes made in the Tools section — including banners, toggles, referral earnings, etc. — are reflected immediately on the user-facing website and mobile app after clicking the “Update” button.
