Project Details

The Settings module empowers you to manage everything from business branding to system integrations.
Here’s what you can manage from this central hub:

Within settings, click on Project Detail.

General Settings

This subsection allows the admin to modify the General Settings of the project, including:

  • App Name
  • Company Name
  • Admin URL
  • Dispatcher name
  • Dispatcher URL
  • Website URL
  • Support email
  • Address

Customization Settings

You can also customize your settings according to your requirements:

  • Currency & Decimal Precision: Define how prices appear, e.g., in INR/USD and round up to 1 or 2 decimals.
  • Auto Cancellation: Set how long the system waits before canceling an idle booking.
  • Supported Country: Specify which country/countries your platform serves.
  • Admin commission type: Choose if your commission is included in prices or added on top.
  • Tax breakdown(enable/disable): Show a clear breakup of all taxes on user invoices.
  • Text for merchant: Customize call-to-action for merchants.
  • Show Intro Screen: Intro screen gets displayed when the app is launched.
  • Enable Dynamic CMS: Lets you update static app content (terms, policies) without touching code.
  • Allow cash payment: Toggle whether customers can pay by cash.
  • Distance measurement unit: Choose between kilometers or miles for distance measurements.
  • Notify on Doc Update: Sends reminders about document updates or expiry.
  • Two-Factor Authentication: Adds extra login security for admins/users.

Keys & URLs

Admin Panel → Settings → Project Details → Keys & URLs

Here you can find

  • Social URLs: Add links for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, App Store, and Play Store — so users can find, follow, and download your app easily.
  • Dispatcher Links: Direct links to your dispatcher apps for both Android and iOS, making it easy to access for drivers or logistics managers.
  • Google API Keys: Required for using maps, location tracking, and more — set for Web, Android, and iOS.
  • Facebook Signing Key: Enables secure Facebook login and app integrations.

Change Password

  • Enter current password
  • Enter the new password and update

The Settings section allows the admin to configure and customize platform-wide parameters, including basic project details, payment preferences, commission logic, display options, third-party integration keys, and more.

Go to Project Details > General Settings. You can update the App Name and Company Name directly from the fields provided.

  • Admin URL: For admin panel login
  • Merchant URL: For merchants to access their panel
  • Dispatcher Panel URL: For delivery personnel or dispatcher panel access

You can update these from the General Settings section.

This email is shown to users whenever they try to contact the platform for help or support-related issues. It should be a valid and monitored email address.

This is an emergency contact number for immediate customer assistance, especially useful for escalations or time-sensitive issues.

If a merchant does not accept an order within the defined time (e.g., 45 seconds), the order will be automatically canceled by the system to prevent delays for users.

  • Exclusive: The commission is added on top of the product/service price.
  • Inclusive: The commission is already included in the listed price.

If enabled, users will see detailed tax components during checkout. If disabled, only the final amount is displayed.

If enabled, users will see an intro or walkthrough screen the first time they open the app. Useful for showcasing app features.

Dynamic CMS allows the admin to create and manage custom content pages (like Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy) from the panel. Enabling this gives you more control over static content.

Yes, if Multiple Categories is enabled. Otherwise, they can only select a single category.

In Customization Settings, toggle Cash Payments to “Yes” or “No” based on whether you want to allow cash-based transactions.

Use the Distance Measurement Unit dropdown to select either KM or Miles. This will reflect across maps and delivery distances.

If enabled, the admin will receive alerts whenever a merchant or driver updates their documents. This helps with timely verification.

Yes. You can enable or disable Two-Factor Authentication for admin login security directly from the Customization Settings.

Yes, go to the Edit Profile tab to change your first name, last name, email, or phone number.

Use the Change Password tab. Enter your current password, new password, and confirm the new password to save changes.

Click Update at the bottom of each section. Your changes will be saved and reflected immediately across the platform.
