FAQ's

The Plugins section manages all major third-party integrations that power essential features like payments, SMS, emails, calling, and support tools on the platform.

There are five key types of integrations:

  • Payment Gateway Integration

  • SMS Gateway Integration

  • Firebase & Zendesk (for real-time updates and support)

  • Email Gateway Integration

  • Calling Gateway Integration

A payment gateway integration allows users to make secure online payments. The platform supports providers like Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, and more.

Clients can choose their preferred provider by submitting their account credentials.

It enables the platform to send important messages via SMS, such as OTPs, alerts, and order updates. Supported providers may include Twilio, MSG91, and others.

  • Firebase helps manage real-time updates and user authentication.
  • Zendesk is used for customer support, enabling chat, ticketing, or helpdesk functionalities.

The email gateway handles all email-based communication on the platform — like verification emails, notifications, order status, and more. Providers like SendGrid, Mailgun, or custom SMTP can be integrated.

This allows the dispatcher or users to initiate voice calls (e.g., between drivers and customers). Services like Twilio Voice or other VoIP providers can be integrated.

Yes, the system supports all these integrations by default. However, to activate them, the client must provide their own API keys or credentials for the selected service provider.

Clients need to share specific API keys or authentication credentials for the services they wish to activate.

For example:

  • Stripe: Publishable and Secret Keys
  • Twilio: Account SID and Auth Token
  • Mailgun: Domain and API Key

Yes. The platform is flexible. Clients can select the provider they prefer (from the supported list), and integrations will be configured using their credentials.

Yes. Once activated, the third-party services will work across relevant user flows – such as payments for drivers, SMS for users, emails for partners, and support for all.

No coding or setup is required by the client. They simply need to submit their credentials to the admin or technical team, who will configure it within the system.

Yes. At any time, the client can provide new credentials to switch providers or update existing ones. The admin can reconfigure the integration accordingly.

The integration will remain inactive for that service. For example, without SMS credentials, no SMS-based OTP or alerts will be sent until setup is complete.

Yes. Each third-party provider has its own pricing model. The platform does not charge for integration but clients will pay the provider directly based on usage (e.g., number of messages, calls, or transactions)
