FAQ's

The App Code is a unique code generated by the dispatcher. Drivers need to enter this code (or scan a QR code) after installing the app to gain access. This ensures only authorized drivers are onboarded.

You can choose whether drivers log in using:

  • Only email
  • Only phone number

Or both email and phone

If “both” is selected, both fields become mandatory for login.

Delivery proof can be configured using OTP (One-Time Password).

You can define:

  • If OTP is required for only the first stop or every stop
  • Whether OTP is mandatory

This helps verify successful deliveries securely.

Toggle buttons allow the dispatcher to turn features ON or OFF without coding.
Some togglable features include:

  • In-app tracking

  • Show pricing

  • Driver/admin commission visibility

  • Show ratings

  • Enable wallet transfers

  • Allow call masking

  • Enable/disable distance checks, etc.

  • Select currency (e.g., INR, USD) to be applied across the platform
  • Choose supported country codes for driver and customer numbers

If this is set to YES, any cash collected by the driver for a booking is deducted from their wallet balance—ensuring revenue tracking even for offline payments.

Yes. You can choose either Google Maps or Waze as the default navigation tool for drivers through the dispatcher settings.

The Rest Interval defines how long a driver can stay inactive (offline, app closed, etc.) before being marked as “resting” or unavailable. This is useful for auto-removal from booking assignments.

  • FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) key enables push notifications
  • Weather API key activates live weather updates

Both keys must be provided and entered by the client/admin into the dispatcher panel.

This sets the time before a scheduled booking appears in the “Active” tab of the driver’s app. You can define this buffer time to prepare drivers in advance.

You can choose:

  • Subscription based on wallet balance
  • Or based on app usage

This allows flexibility in monetizing your fleet operations.

These fields let you define official support contacts. They’ll be shown inside the driver app so drivers can reach out in case of technical issues or emergencies.

This defines the maximum distance (e.g., 50 km) within which a driver will be considered for a booking. You can reduce this to 20 km or increase it as needed.14.

You can upload a custom notification sound by providing the file name (from backend). This is used for booking notifications or alerts.

Yes. Use the “Time Format” setting to choose your preferred display style (12-hour or 24-hour) across the dispatcher and driver applications.

You’ll see fields to input Google API keys for:

  • Web panel

  • Android
  • iOS

These enable map, distance, geolocation, and address functionalities.

Yes. You can set a wallet threshold (e.g., below 50), and enter a message that will be sent as a push notification to the driver when their balance is low.

You can decide:

  • Whether tips go to the driver’s wallet or earning section

Just click the Save button. All selected preferences will be instantly applied across the platform for all future operations.
