Customize

The Customize tab is where your dispatcher platform gets its personality. From logos to color schemes and key branding links, everything you set here ensures consistency across all touchpoints — be it the user app, driver app, or admin panel.

Once you click Customize, you’re greeted with a clean interface where you can tailor the look and basic identity settings of your dispatcher system. Here’s what each field means:

  1. App Name & Company Name
    • Set your app and business identity here.
    • Whatever you write reflects across the system, making it unique to your brand.
  2. Dispatcher Admin URL & CMS URL
    • These fields let you define where your admin and content management interfaces are hosted.
    • Perfect for linking to external management tools or custom CMS platforms.
  3. Logo & Images
    • Upload your Logo, Splash Image, Login Image, Signup Image, Forgot Password, OTP, and Favicon to personalize your user experience from start to finish.
    • These visuals appear across your app interfaces, reinforcing your brand presence.
  4. App Colors
    • Choose the Primary, Secondary, and Text Colors to match your brand’s theme.
    • This controls the look and feel of your app’s UI, keeping things on-brand.
  5. Hit Save button!

FAQ's

The Customized Settings section allows dispatchers to personalize their platform’s visual appearance, brand identity, and related configurations such as URLs, logos, theme colors, and more — all from a single panel.

The dispatcher can change the application name (e.g., from “Tai Demo” to your brand name) directly from this panel. The change is instantly reflected across the platform.

You can update the following from the dispatcher end:

  • Company Name
  • Dispatcher Admin URL
  • CMS URL

These define your brand’s identity and admin access links.

  • Dispatcher Admin URL: The login access point for the dispatcher/admin dashboard.
  • CMS URL: The location where all content management (like FAQs, terms, etc.) is handled.

Both URLs are editable to suit the client’s brand or domain structure

You can upload and manage the following:

  • App Logo
  • Splash Screen
  • Login Page Image
  • Signup Page Image
  • Forgot Password Screen Image
  • OTP Screen Image
  • Favicon (the small icon in browser tabs)

All changes will reflect in the driver and user applications immediately.

No hard restrictions are enforced at this level, but it’s recommended to use standard formats (PNG, JPG) and appropriate resolutions to maintain visual quality.

Yes. You can set and customize:

  • Primary Color (dominant app color)
  • Secondary Color (used for accents or highlights)
  • Text Color

These apply specifically to the driver-side application and update in real-time.

All changes made in the Customized Settings are reflected in real time without requiring manual app updates or downtime.

No separate preview button is available. However, since changes reflect in real time, you can make changes and observe them instantly. If needed, you can revert or update again.

Most changes (like colors, logos, and screen images) are reflected in the mobile application, particularly for drivers. URL and brand name changes will reflect on both web and app interfaces.

There is no one-click “reset to default” button, but you can manually change each field back to the original values if needed.

Only users with dispatcher or admin-level access to the panel can view and update the Customized Settings.

Currently, theme settings apply globally, especially to the driver app. There is no role-wise customization for UI themes at this point.
