CMS

The CMS (Content Management System) feature lets admins easily create and manage all essential static pages like Privacy Policy for Partners, Terms & Conditions, FAQs, without writing a single line of code.

Adding or Editing FAQs

  1. Click Add FAQ
  2. Fill in:
    • Question Title
    • Answer Content
  3. Save to make it live for users under the FAQ tab

Add CMS

When editing or adding content:

  • You specify the CMS Title (e.g., Terms & Conditions).
  • Choose the Show Type (LOGIN, SIGNUP, SIDEBAR).
  • Decide if a Checkbox is Required (common for agreements).
  • Use the rich text CMS Content Editor to enter formatted content.

Terms & Conditions for Partners

Here, the admin can define the rules of engagement for partners. The section shown includes:

  • Eligibility: Simple criteria such as being 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
  • Vehicle Standards: Must meet platform criteria and be insured.
  • Driver Obligations (visible upon scrolling): Details expectations and responsibilities of partners.

Edit/View/Delete icons are conveniently located at the top right for quick modifications.

Privacy Policy for Partners

This section transparently outlines what partner data is collected and how it’s used. It includes:

  • Personal Info (name, email, phone, banking)
  • Vehicle Info (plate number, insurance)
  • Location Data (real-time GPS)
  • Usage Data (ride logs, app activity)

Editable at any time via intuitive control icons.

FAQ's

The CMS (Content Management System) module allows the dispatcher to manage all the informational content that will be displayed to drivers and partners on the platform. This includes FAQs, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other custom content.

The dispatcher can manage the following content types:

  • FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
  • Terms and Conditions
  • Privacy Policy

Custom CMS pages (e.g., additional help sections, legal notices, onboarding guides, etc.)

To add a new FAQ, simply:

  • Enter the question.
  • Enter the answer.
  • Click Add.

The new FAQ will appear in the list and be visible to platform users immediately.

All FAQs can be:

  • Edited (to change the question or answer).
  • Deleted (if no longer needed).
  • Reordered (to change the display order on the front end).

A drag-and-drop or sorting option is provided. You can move FAQs up or down in the list to adjust their display order as per priority or relevance.

The Terms & Conditions section allows the dispatcher to define the platform’s legal policies. This section supports:

  • Full text editing (headings, bold text, italic text, font size, font color, etc.).
  • Deleting or updating content as policies evolve.
  • Previewing the text before publishing.

  • Terms & Conditions define usage rules and responsibilities for users on the platform.
  • Privacy Policy outlines how user data is collected, used, and protected.Both are editable through rich text editors and displayed on relevant parts of the app for transparency.

The dispatcher can preview Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any CMS content before making them live on the platform.

A CMS Page is a custom content page that the dispatcher can create to show specific information like guidelines, help articles, platform updates, or other static content. You should use it when you want to add standalone content not covered under FAQs or policies.

To create a CMS Page:

  • Enter the title.
  • Choose the Show Type (e.g., Login, Signup, Sidebar – this defines where the content will appear).
  • Add the content using the editor (you can format it with bold, color, size, etc.).
  • Click Add to publish.

Yes. While creating or editing a CMS Page, you can select the Show Type to define its location:

  • Login Screen
  • Signup Screen
  • Sidebar

This ensures the content is placed contextually for better user experience.

Yes. CMS Pages are fully manageable. You can:

  • Edit the content anytime.
  • Delete any page that is no longer relevant.
  • Preview to verify how it will appear before saving changes

Yes. The dispatcher can manage FAQs, Terms, Privacy Policy, and CMS Pages independently and simultaneously through their respective sections.

Absolutely. The CMS provides a rich text editor allowing:

  • Bold/Italic text
  • Headings and subheadings
  • Font size adjustments
  • Font and background color selection

This ensures the content is both readable and visually aligned with the platform’s branding.
