FAQ's

The Sub Admin section allows the admin to add, manage, and monitor other users (called sub admins) who help manage the admin panel or the merchant panel. It helps distribute work and set specific permissions for each sub admin.

When adding a new sub admin, you need to provide:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number with country code
  • Password
  • Profile image

After adding these details, you define the sub admin’s permissions.

Permissions are divided into categories such as:

  • Basic (view, edit, delete access)
  • Laundry permissions
  • Reports

These define what parts of the admin or merchant panel the sub admin can access and what actions they can perform.

Yes. Each sub admin entry in the list includes action buttons to:

  • Edit: update their details or permissions
  • Delete: permanently remove the sub admin from the system

Admin panel sub admins help manage platform-level features and data.

Merchant panel sub admins are created to help manage a specific merchant’s operations (orders, products, reports, etc.).

Both types can have customized permissions to limit or allow access based on roles.

Each sub-admin can have a status:

  • Active: Sub-admin can log in and perform assigned actions
  • Inactive: Sub-admin cannot access the platform until reactivated

This helps temporarily disable access without deleting the sub admin.

Yes. You can grant view, edit, or delete permissions separately for:

  • Basic settings
  • Reports
  • Other specific modules

This ensures each sub admin only sees and edits what they need.

The new sub admin will appear immediately in the list on the sub admin page, showing:

  • Profile image
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Status (active/inactive)
  • Edit & delete options

Yes. You can add multiple sub admins under the same merchant panel, each with specific roles and permissions to divide work effectively.

Only the main admin of the platform has the authority to:

  • Add new sub admins
  • Change their permissions
  • Edit details
  • Deactivate or delete them
