Report

The Reports section provides detailed insights into delivery operations, order timelines, and merchant  performance. This module is essential for tracking delivery efficiency, analyzing wait times, and auditing revenue flow.

At the top-right corner of the report interface, you’ll find four powerful filtering and data tools:

  • Merchant Selector
  • Quick Date Filters (Instantly filter reports using predefined ranges: Today, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last 30 Days)
  • Custom Date Range Filter (Manually select any custom start and end dates to view specific data sets.)
  • Export Button

The Reports interface displays a comprehensive table view with the following columns: Date, Order No., Merchant No., Merchant Name, User Name, Drop-off Location, Driver Name, Time Created, Time Accepted, Collection Time, Wait Duration, Pickup Time, Delivery Duration, Time Delivered, KM, Amount

FAQ's

The Report section provides the admin with a complete view of all completed orders on the platform. It shows detailed information about each order and helps track merchant performance, delivery details, and revenue earned.

Only orders that have been fully completed are included. Ongoing, scheduled, or processing orders are not shown in this report.

For each completed order, you can see:

  • Date created
  • Order number
  • Merchant number and merchant name
  • Username of the customer
  • Drop-off location
  • Driver name
  • Time created, time accepted, and collection time
  • Pickup time, delivery duration, and time delivered
  • Total kilometers between pickup and drop-off
  • Amount earned from the order

  • Creation time: when the order was placed
  • Acceptance time: when the merchant accepted the order
  • Collection time: when the driver collected the items
  • Pickup time: when the driver actually started delivery
  • Delivery duration: total time taken for delivery
  • Delivered time: when the order reached the customer

You can use filters at the top to:

  • Filter by merchant type (e.g., see orders from a specific laundry type)
  • Choose preset date ranges like today, last 7 days, this month, or last month
  • Use a custom date range by selecting start and end dates

Yes. After applying your desired filters, click on the export button to download the report as a file to your local system for record-keeping or further analysis.

This shows the distance between the pickup and drop-off addresses for each order. It helps track logistics and delivery efficiency.

The report is specifically designed to track and analyze only completed orders. Orders still in progress, scheduled for later, or partially fulfilled are excluded to keep the data clean and focused.

Filtering by merchant type lets the admin see how different service types (for example, different laundry types) are performing in terms of order volume and revenue.

Exporting allows the admin to keep offline backups, share reports with team members, or use the data for further reporting and analysis outside the system.
