  • Discount type and value
  • Description
  • Start and end date (validity period)
  • Status (active or inactive)
  • Action buttons to edit or delete the coupon

To add a new coupon, the admin must:

  • Upload a coupon banner image

  • Choose discount type (percentage or flat) and set its value
  • Set maximum discount amount
  • Define per day limit and total use limit
  • Set the minimum order amount required to use the coupon

  • Decide who bears the deduction (admin or merchant)

Finally, click “Add” to save the coupon.

A private coupon will not appear in the public list visible to all users. However, if a user manually enters the private coupon code during checkout, it will still apply. This feature is useful to target special users or limited campaigns without promoting them publicly.

  • Per day limit: How many times this coupon can be used by users in a single day across the platform.
  • Use limit: The total number of times the coupon can be used during its entire validity period.

The deals section helps the admin manage special offers like seasonal or category-based discounts. Admins can add, edit, reorder, activate, or deactivate deals.

To add a new deal, the admin must:

  • Upload a deal banner image
  • Enter the deal title and code
  • Select discount type (flat or percentage) and set discount value
  • Choose start and end date
  • Select association type (category, subcategory, brand, laundry type, or merchant)
  • Decide who bears the deduction (admin or merchant)
  • Choose applicable merchants if relevant
  • Add a description

Finally, click “Add” to create the deal.

If there are many active deals, the reorder option allows the admin to change the sequence so that specific deals appear first on the list or become more visible to users.

Yes. Using the action buttons next to each coupon or deal, the admin can either edit details (like dates, discount value, title) or delete them entirely from the system.

The deduction type decides who absorbs the discount’s cost:

  • Admin: The platform owner covers the discount
  • Merchant: The discount is deducted from the merchant’s payout

This helps manage promotions strategically depending on the campaign type.
