FAQ's

The banner section allows the admin to create, manage, and display banners on the platform. These banners can be used for promotional campaigns, advertisements, or to highlight special offers to users.

To add a new banner, the admin must provide:

  • Banner title
  • Banner type (normal or advertisement)
  • Active date range (start and end date)
  • URL link the banner will redirect to
  • Short description
  • Banner image (mandatory)

A ‘normal’ banner may be used for general platform announcements or standard promotions. An ‘advertisement’ banner is specifically used for marketing campaigns, special deals, or paid promotions to catch user attention.

While creating the banner, there’s an upload option where the admin can select an image file directly from their local computer or library. This image is mandatory to complete the banner setup.

The date range determines the period when the banner will be active and visible on the platform. For example, if you set the range from August 1 to August 31, the banner will only display during that timeframe.

Yes. In the banner listing, there are action buttons next to each banner. The admin can click ‘edit’ to modify details like title, date range, type, URL, or image, or click ‘delete’ to remove the banner entirely.

At the top of the banner section, there’s a filter and search option. The admin can enter keywords or use filters to quickly locate a specific banner without scrolling through the entire list.

The created banners appear on the user-facing platform (website or app) in dedicated promotional sections, allowing users to see offers, ads, or featured content based on the admin’s configuration.

Yes. The admin can set the banner URL to redirect users to any desired page — this could be an external website, an internal offer page, product listing, or any other relevant destination.

After the end date, the banner automatically becomes inactive and stops displaying on the user platform. The admin can reactivate it later by editing and updating the date range if needed.
