User

User Management:
The User Management feature empowers administrators to efficiently oversee customer information and interactions within the platform.

Upon accessing the ‘User’ section, administrators can view a comprehensive list of registered users with the following details:

  • Image
  • Details (name, phone number)
  • Total Amount Spent
  • Wallet
  • Subscription
  • Bookings
  • Cancelled
  • Ratings
  • Status
  • Edit
  • Document

At the left corner there’s a tabs regarding date range picker or a tab for date filter like (“today,” “yesterday,” “last 7 days,” and “this month”)

At the right corner 4 tabs are there

  1. Search bar (Name / Phone / Email)
  2. Change view mode (Table / Card)
  3. Export button
  4. Add new user

+ Adding New Users:
Administrators have the capability to manually add new users:

1. Initiate Addition: Click on the option to add a new user

2.  Enter Details: Provide necessary information such as name, contact details, and other relevant data

3. Add: Confirm and save the new user profile

The User Management section allows the admin to view, manage, and update all registered user accounts on the platform. It includes user details, wallet balances, subscription history, booking stats, status controls, and filters for efficient user handling.

Yes, the admin can edit any user’s information (name, email, phone number, emergency contact, etc.) and also toggle the user’s status between active or inactive. Blocking a user will restrict their access to the platform.

The admin can credit or debit any amount to a user’s wallet directly from the user listing. Each transaction will be logged and can be reviewed under the transaction history section.

Click the transaction icon under the user’s wallet column. This will display a complete list of all wallet credits and debits made by the admin or user.

The admin can view the subscription plan name, start and end dates, and status (active/inactive). The full subscription history is also accessible for each user.

Yes, the admin can view how many total bookings and cancelled bookings the user has made, along with the ratings the user has submitted.

This setting determines whether the user can choose Cash on Delivery as a payment method. When disabled, only wallet and online payments will be allowed.

Use the search bar on the top right. Enter any keyword such as name, email, or phone number, and the system will return the matching user(s).

  • Grid View shows user cards in a tile format for quick visual overview.
  • List View displays users in a table format for easier bulk scanning.

Yes, click the Export button to download the user listing in a spreadsheet format to your local system.

Click the Add User button and fill in the required fields such as first name, last name, email, password, phone number, and optionally upload a profile image. Then submit the form to add the user.

The new user appears immediately in the user list with all provided information, ready to use the platform according to assigned settings (e.g., cash payment, subscription).
