Subscriptions

The Subscription section helps you manage user and merchant subscription plans with precision and ease.

At the top, you will find Main Tabs :

  • User
  • Merchant

Each tab allows you to manage and view subscriptions independently for end-users and registered merchants.

On the right side of both tabs, you’ll find three essential action tools:

  1. Select Duration Dropdown – Filter by Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly subscriptions.
  2. Search Bar – Quickly search any subscription plan by keyword.
  3. Add Button – Opens a detailed form popup to create a new subscription plan.

+ Add Subscription Plan:
When clicking the Add button under the User tab, a form popup appears allowing you to input detailed subscription settings. This includes:

  • Upload Image (under 2MB)
  • Name & Price
  • Duration (Monthly, etc.)
  • Recommended (yes/no)
  • Module Description

Hit the submit button

When you click the Add button under the Merchant tab, a form pop-up appears, allowing you to input detailed subscription settings. This includes:

  • Upload Image (under 2MB)
  • Name & Price
  • Duration (Monthly, etc.)
  • Recommended (yes/no) – Highlights the plan as “Recommended” or “Top Pick” for merchants.
  • Subscription Implication Type (override existing, add up to existing, queue new)
  • Subscription Tier (free/paid)
  • Visible (yes/no) – Decides if the plan is publicly shown to merchants in their dashboard subscription listing.

    If set to ‘Yes’The subscription plan will be visible to merchants under the “Subscription” tab in their dashboard.

    If set to ‘No’The plan is hidden from the merchant panel.

  • Select the store and enter the description

Advanced Settings:

  • Total Orders
  • Order Alert Limit
  • Per Order Cost & Commission
  • Alert Limit Messages
  • Once completed, hit Submit to save the new plan.

Inside User and Merchant Sections:

  1. Plans: This is where all the current subscription plans are listed. The table columns include:

    • Image
    • Name
    • Created Date
    • Period (e.g., INR 100 / Monthly)
    • Active Users / Inactive Users
    • Status (Active/Inactive)
    • Action (View/Edit/Delete)

       2. History: This tab shows past subscriptions with a detailed record of:

  • User Details
  • Start Date / End Date
  • Payment Method
  • Plan Name
  • Period
  • Amount
  • Status

At the top right corner, you’ll also find the Total Amount Collected, a convenient way to monitor revenue from subscriptions.

The Subscription Panel allows the admin to create, manage, and monitor all subscription plans available to both users and merchants. It helps streamline premium access, feature limitations, and subscription-based services across the platform.

Yes. The panel is divided into two sections:

  • User Subscription Plans
  • Merchant Subscription Plans

Each section has independent options to add, edit, delete, and view subscription plans and histories.

Each user plan displays:

  • Plan Name
  • Plan Image
  • Creation Date
  • Subscription Period (Monthly, Yearly, etc.)
  • Number of Active & Inactive Users
  • Status (Active/Inactive)
  • Options to View, Edit, or Delete

The admin must:

  • Enter Plan Name and Price
  • Select a Duration (Monthly/Quarterly/etc.)
  • Add Description
  • Choose if the plan should appear in the Recommended section
  • Upload an Image
  • Submit the details

Once created, the plan is listed in the User Subscription Plan list.

The History section shows all users or merchants who have subscribed to a plan, including:

  • User/Merchant Name
  • Start & End Date
  • Payment Mode
  • Plan Name
  • Duration
  • Amount Paid
  • Current Status

Yes. During creation, the admin can choose whether a plan should be shown in the Recommended section by toggling the Yes/No option.

When creating Merchant Subscription Plans, the admin selects how the new plan behaves:

  • Overwrite Existing: Replaces the current active subscription.
  • Add to Existing: Starts after the current plan ends.
  • Queue Subscription: Gets queued for future use.

Yes. The admin can toggle “Visible: Yes/No” to decide whether a plan is shown on the platform or kept hidden.

Yes. While creating the plan, the admin can choose between Paid or Free options.

No. The admin can create unlimited subscription plans for both users and merchants, based on the business model and segmentation strategy.

The plan is immediately reflected in the Subscription Plan list. Users or merchants can then see and purchase the plan (if marked visible), and details will populate in the History section after purchase.

Yes. Each plan includes options to edit details, update pricing/duration, or delete the plan entirely from the platform.

Common image formats such as .jpg, .png, and .jpeg are supported. Images help visually differentiate each plan.

Payment details, including mode of payment, amount, and status, are stored in the History section, visible for each user or merchant who has subscribed.

Only if the admin marks the plan as visible. The plan details including features and pricing are then shown to users or merchants on the front end for selection.
