FAQ's

The Sub Admin section allows the main admin to create, manage, and assign permissions to sub-admins for both the admin and merchant panels.

Only the main admin has the authority to create sub-admins for both the admin panel and the merchant panel.

Yes. While creating or editing a sub-admin, the admin can assign specific permissions under three sections:

  • Basic Permissions (e.g., view/edit/delete access)
  • Home Services
  • Reports

To create a sub-admin, the following information is required:

  • First Name & Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number (with country code)
  • Password
  • Profile Image (optional, but recommended)
  • Assigned Permissions (View/Edit/Delete)

Sub-admins are categorized under:

  • Admin Sub Admins (those who manage the admin panel)
  • Merchant Sub Admins (those who assist in managing merchant-specific operations)

Yes. From the sub-admin listing, the admin can:

  • Edit any sub-admin’s details or permissions
  • Delete a sub-admin entirely from the system
  • Activate/Deactivate a sub-admin’s access at any time

You can define precise access for each sub-admin by toggling permission options like:

  • View
  • Edit
  • Delete

Each section (Basic, Home Services, Reports) has its own set of permission checkboxes.

Yes, merchants also have the ability to add merchant-specific sub-admins from their panel.

Admins can also add sub-admins for merchants if needed.

Activating a sub-admin gives them platform access.

Disabling them revokes their login access without deleting their profile, which is helpful for temporary suspension or role changes.

If no permissions are granted, the sub-admin will not be able to access or manage any sections of the admin panel.

Permissions must be configured during or after creation.

The admin can view:

  • Admin sub-admins under the “Admin” tab
  • Merchant sub-admins under the “Merchant” tab

Only if granted edit permissions for relevant sections.

Their access is fully controlled by the admin during setup.
