The Notifications module allows admins to broadcast messages directly to users, whether it’s about offers, updates, or important alerts.

Notifications Table Overview

Each notification entry displays:

  • Title – Header of the message
  • Message Content – Main body of the notification
  • User Type – Whether it was sent to all users or a specific segment
  • Status – Delivery confirmation

+ Send a New Notification

To create and broadcast a notification:

  1. Fill in:
    • Notification Title
    • Notification Message
    • Choose to send a notification to the User or Provider
    • User Type (select a specific user/provider or send to all users/merchants)
  2. Hit Send

The notification will instantly reach the user’s app!

Search & Filter

On the top right side, there is a search bar. Use it to find past notifications and filter them by keywords from the title or message.

The Notification section enables the admin to send custom messages to users and service providers on the platform. These can be platform updates, offers, service alerts, or any important communication.

  • All users
  • All service providers (merchants)
  • Selected users only
  • Selected providers only

The admin needs to provide:

  • Notification Title

Yes. The admin can manually select individual users or providers from the platform list and send targeted notifications only to them.

It displays a searchable list of:

  • All platform users
  • All registered providers

Admins can select individuals or groups from this list for targeted messaging.

Yes. A history section at the bottom of the page shows all past notifications, including:

  • Title
  • Message Content
  • Target Audience (User or Provider)
  • Whether it was sent to all or selected recipients

If a notification was sent to selected recipients only, a view (eye) icon will appear in the record. If no icon is shown, it was sent to all users or providers.

No, notifications must be sent separately—either to users or to providers. You can repeat the process to notify both groups with the same message if needed.

The selected users or providers will receive a real-time push or in-app notification with the title and message you’ve configured.

No. Once a notification is sent, it is recorded in the history log and cannot be edited or deleted. However, you can resend a corrected or updated version manually.

There is no hard limit mentioned in the admin panel, but it is advised to avoid spamming users. Use targeted and meaningful messages for better engagement.
