FAQ's

The Report section allows the admin to view a detailed summary of all successfully completed or delivered service requests. It provides accurate timestamps and user/provider details, helping with internal tracking, reporting, and dispute resolution.

Only those service requests that have been fully completed or delivered will appear here.

Requests still in Pending, Ongoing, or Canceled status are not listed in the Report section.

Each report includes the following details:

  • Service request number
  • Date and time of the request
  • Provider’s name and phone number
  • User’s phone number
  • Drop-off location
  • Driver’s name
  • Creation time, acceptance time, collection time
  • Wait duration (if any)

If a customer reports an issue or dispute, the admin can refer to the service’s detailed timestamps and participant records (user, driver, provider) in the report. This ensures transparency and faster dispute resolution based on verified service history.

Yes. The admin can apply filters to:

  • View reports based on Provider Type
  • Use quick time-based filters like Today, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last 30 Days
  • Or apply a Custom Date Range filter to view reports within specific start and end dates

The admin selects a start date and an end date from the calendar input. The system then displays all service reports that were completed within that time period.

The Export button allows the admin to download the currently visible report data (based on applied filters) into their local system. This is helpful for creating backups, performance analysis, or for sharing reports with other teams.

Yes. Simply use the custom date range filter to go back as far as needed. As long as the service request was completed and not deleted, its report will be available.

No. The Report section strictly shows only fulfilled service requests. For canceled or rejected orders, the admin should check the Service Request module instead.

No. The Report section is read-only. It is designed for reference and analytics. Any changes to service data must be handled from the original service request module before completion.

The wait duration helps the admin analyze the response efficiency of drivers and providers. It represents how long it took from provider acceptance to service initiation or collection.

If no filters are applied, the system shows the complete list of all completed service reports across the entire platform history.
