FAQ's

The user management section lets the admin view, manage, and update all users who have onboarded the platform — whether they registered themselves or were manually added by the admin. It centralizes user data, wallet controls, subscription details, and activity history for quick reference and action.

For each user, the admin can see:

  • Profile image
  • Name and contact number
  • Amount spent on the platform
  • Wallet balance and transaction history
  • Subscription plan status
  • Number of bookings made
  • Number of orders placed and canceled
  • Average driver rating and total ratings
  • Active or blocked status

This gives the admin a complete picture of user engagement and value.

Yes. The admin can manually credit funds into any user’s wallet (e.g., adding $100) and view the complete transaction history, including date, time, and who performed each transaction. This helps in managing refunds, compensations, or promotional credits.

Yes. If a user’s activities seem suspicious or violate policies, the admin can block them. The user’s status can also be changed back to active if needed.

This makes it easy to find and focus on specific user groups.

Yes. There is a search function to quickly locate any user by name, phone number, or other key details.

The user list can be viewed either:

  • In a traditional list view
  • Or as cards, which present the same details in a visually different format

All functionalities remain the same in both views.

Yes. The admin can:

  • Export the current user list for backup or reporting
  • Import user data from another platform, provided the data is in the required format (a sample format can be downloaded directly)

The admin can click to add a new user and fill in details like:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Password
  • Main phone number and emergency contact
  • Optionally, disable cash payment for that user

Once added, the user appears in the list and is ready to use the platform.

Even if the platform generally accepts cash payments, that particular user will only be able to pay online and must prepay for orders.

It makes user data actionable and easy to manage by:

  • Giving a complete overview in one screen
  • Offering direct actions (add, block, edit)
  • Providing filters and search for quick access
  • Supporting import/export for scalability
  • Keeping wallet and subscription details visible for better customer support
