FAQ's

The subscription module allows the admin to create, manage, and customize subscription plans for both platform users (customers) and merchants.
It helps increase user loyalty, introduce premium features, and support merchants with tailored packages to suit their business needs.

The admin can view:

  • Name of each subscription plan
  • Creation date
  • Period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, half-yearly)
  • Number of active users currently subscribed
  • Number of inactive users who had subscribed before
  • Current status of each plan (active/inactive)

These details help monitor which plans are performing well.

Yes. The admin can:

  • Edit plan details (name, price, duration, description, etc.)
  • Change its status to active or inactive
  • Delete a plan if it’s outdated or no longer needed

All actions are accessible directly from the list.

The admin can click “Add” and fill in:

  • Plan name and price
  • Description and module description
  • Duration (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly)
  • Mark it as recommended if it should appear highlighted
  • Set benefits like free delivery and minimum order price
  • Upload an image to visually represent the plan

Finally, click submit to create the plan.

  • Description: Internal or simple text explaining the plan.
  • Module description: Detailed benefits or features that users will see when browsing subscription plans.

This helps users understand why they should subscribe.

Marking a plan as “recommended” makes it stand out on the platform, helping guide users to popular or promotional plans.

It records every time a user subscribes to a plan, showing:

  • User details
  • Subscription plan chosen
  • Date and transaction details

This helps track adoption over time.

Admins can also create subscription plans specifically for merchants, offering benefits tailored for businesses (e.g., order volume, commission settings).

When adding a new plan for merchants, the admin provides:

  • Plan name and price
  • Duration (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
  • Mark as recommended or not
  • Subscription implication time (override, add up, queue)
  • Free or paid tier
  • Visibility (decide if merchants can see it now or later)
  • Select applicable stores or merchant groups
  • Add plan description
  • Define order limits, order alert limits, per-order cost beyond limits, and per-order commission

These fields build a flexible, tailored plan.

  • Override existing subscription: New plan starts immediately; old plan credits become void.
  • Add up to existing subscription: New plan’s credits add to current plan’s credits.
  • Queue this subscription: New plan activates automatically after the current plan ends.

This gives merchants flexibility in managing their subscriptions.

Setting visibility to “no” keeps a subscription hidden from merchants until you’re ready to launch it — useful for seasonal offers or upcoming plans.

  • Total number of orders: Defines how many orders a merchant can process under the subscription.
  • Order alert limit: Sends a warning (e.g., when only 10 orders remain).
  • Per-order cost after limit: Additional cost merchants pay once the included orders are used.
  • Per-order commission: Sets the platform’s commission per order.

This helps manage merchant billing and prevent overuse.

Yes. Admins can upload an image when creating the plan. This makes the plan more visually appealing to users or merchants.

  • Offers flexibility to run promotions or special plans
  • Makes plans visible, hidden, or recommended as needed
  • Controls user engagement and merchant billing through order limits and commissions
  • Tracks which users and merchants are actively subscribing
  • Helps the admin easily edit, add, or remove plans

All from one centralized interface.
