FAQ's

The Sub Admin section allows the super admin to create, manage, and assign role-based access to team members who can access either the Admin panel or specific Merchant panels. This helps in delegating tasks and maintaining controlled access to sensitive data and features.

There are two types:

  • Admin Subadmins: Can access platform-level modules like dashboard, reports, global settings, etc.
  • Merchant Subadmins: Can access specific merchant-related panels and data only.

Each subadmin record shows:

  • Profile image
  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Status (Active/Inactive)
  • Action buttons (Edit/Delete)

To add a subadmin:

Click on the “Add” button.

Upload profile image (max 2MB).

Fill in:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone number (with country code)
  • Password

Assign role-based permissions.

Click “Add” to create the subadmin.

Yes. During subadmin creation, the admin can define access permissions module-wise. Each permission can be given as View, Edit, or Delete rights for various sections like:

  • Dashboard
  • Orders
  • Products
  • Reports
  • Notifications
  • Inventory

Click the “Edit” button in the subadmin list. From there, update the:

  • Profile details (name, phone, email, etc.)
  • Change assigned permissions
  • Activate/Deactivate status

Yes. Simply click the “Delete” button next to the subadmin entry. This will revoke all access for that user permanently.

Deactivating a subadmin temporarily disables their access to the panel. Their account remains in the system and can be re-activated anytime.

  • Admin Subadmins manage platform-wide settings and reports.
  • Merchant Subadmins manage only the data and orders relevant to their assigned merchant account.

While creating a Merchant Subadmin, select the appropriate merchant account from the dropdown during setup. Assign permissions based on what access you want to give them within that merchant’s panel.

No. A merchant subadmin can be assigned to only one merchant at a time. However, admin subadmins can be given access to multiple modules at the admin level.

The uploaded image should not exceed 2MB.
