The Reports section provides detailed insights into delivery operations, order timelines, and merchant performance. This module is essential for tracking delivery efficiency, analyzing wait times, and auditing revenue flow.

At the top-right corner of the report interface, you’ll find four powerful filtering and data tools:

  • Merchant Selector
  • Quick Date Filters (Instantly filter reports using predefined ranges: Today, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last 30 Days)
  • Custom Date Range Filter (Manually select any custom start and end dates to view specific data sets.)
  • Export Button

The Reports interface displays a comprehensive table view with the following columns: Date, Order No., Merchant No., Merchant Name, User Name, Drop-off Location, Driver Name, Time Created, Time Accepted, Collection Time, Wait Duration, Pickup Time, Delivery Duration, Time Delivered, KM, Amount

The Report section provides a complete overview of platform activity, helping the admin monitor orders, delivery timelines, merchant performance, and customer interaction. It shows detailed logs of each order’s lifecycle.

Each row includes the following details:

  • Date of order creation
  • Order number
  • Merchant type
  • Merchant name
  • Username (customer)
  • Drop-off location
  • Driver name
  • Creation time, accepted time, collection time, pickup time, delivery time
  • Delivery duration
  • Total distance (km)
  • Total amount of the order

Yes. The Report section displays timestamped data at each stage of the order journey — from creation, acceptance, collection, and pickup to final delivery. This helps identify delays or inefficiencies.

Use the Merchant dropdown filter at the top of the report table. Once you select a merchant, all reports shown will be related to that particular merchant only.

You can use the following:

Predefined filters like:

  • Today
  • Last 7 days
  • This month
  • Last 30 days

Custom date range filter: Select any Start Date and End Date manually to see orders within that period.

By default, 10 orders are shown per page. You can navigate to the next pages using the pagination controls at the bottom.

Click the “Clear” button located near the top-right side of the report filters. This will remove all filters and reload the default report view.

Yes. Click the “Export” button to download the full report file to your local system. The exported file contains all visible data and is useful for accounting or analysis purposes.

The Report section displays all orders, regardless of status. Each order will indicate its respective stage such as pending, accepted, completed, or cancelled through the timestamps and data displayed.

The “Kilometers” field shows the distance between the pickup location (store) and the drop-off location (customer address). This is auto-calculated using the address coordinates in the system.

Yes, use the Search bar at the top to enter a username or order number. The results will instantly update to reflect your search.

Yes, the data is dynamically updated in near real-time based on new order placements, status changes, and delivery updates on the platform.
