Notifications

The Notifications module allows admins to broadcast messages directly to users, whether it’s about offers, updates, or important alerts.

Each notification entry displays:

  • Title – Header of the message
  • Message Content – Main body of the notification
  • User Type – Whether it was sent to all users or a specific segment
  • Status – Delivery confirmation

+ Send a New Notification
To create and broadcast a notification:

1. Fill in:

  • Notification Title
  • Notification Message
  • Choose to send notification to the user or restaurant
  • User Type (select a user/merchant or send to all user/merchant)

2. Hit Send
The notification will instantly reach the user’s app!

On the top right side, there is a search bar. Use it to find past notifications and filter them by keywords from the title or message.

Notifications can be sent to:

  • All users

  • All merchants

Admins can send any kind of message including:

  • Platform announcements
  • Offers and promotions
  • Service alerts
  • Transaction updates
  • Custom notifications

Simply select the option “All Users” when composing a notification. The message will be sent to every user registered on the platform.

Yes. Select the “Specific User” option, choose the user type from the dropdown list, and send the notification directly to that individual.

Yes. Choose “Specific Merchant”, select the merchant type, and the message will only be sent to that merchant.

You must enter:

  • Notification Title
  • Notification Message
  • Recipient Type (Users or Merchants – All or Selected)

All previously sent notifications are listed in the Notification History section below the send form. It includes:

  • Title
  • Message
  • Visibility (who received it)

No, the system only supports sending new notifications. Once sent, previous messages are stored for reference but cannot be edited or resent.

There is no limit when selecting “All Users” or “All Merchants”. For selected recipients, you can choose multiple entries based on your need.

Yes, the notifications are pushed in real-time to the selected recipients through the platform interface (and optionally through push if integrated).

The system will not allow the notification to be sent. Both fields are mandatory and must be filled in to proceed.

While the platform supports standard-length messages, it is advised to keep the Title under 100 characters and the Message under 500 characters for better readability.
