CMS Pages

The CMS (Content Management System) feature enables admins to easily create and manage all essential static pages, such as FAQs, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy, without writing a single line of code.

Adding or Editing FAQs

1. Go to the FAQ section within CMS
2. Click Add FAQ
3. Fill in:

  • Question Title
  • Answer Content

4. Save to make it live for users under the FAQ tab

Terms & Conditions for Partners

Here, the admin can define the rules of engagement for partners. The section shown includes:

  • Acceptance of Terms, User Eligibility, User Account, Service Provided, Payment, Cancellation, and Returns.

Edit/View/Delete icons are conveniently located at the top right for quick modifications.

How to Add a New CMS Page

1. Navigate to Admin Panel → CMS
2. Click on “Add CMS Page”
3. Fill in:

  • CMS Title
  • Platform Type(app, website, merchant)
  • Show Type(signup, account, checkout)

4. Enter the content there
5. Click Add to publish it

Privacy Policy for Partners

This section transparently outlines what partner data is collected and how it’s used. It includes:

  • Personal Info (name, email, phone, address)
  • Payment information

Editable at any time via intuitive control icons.

FAQ's

The CMS (Content Management System) Pages section allows the admin to manage all static content like FAQs, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, and custom informational pages shown across the app, website, or merchant panels.

The CMS Pages module includes:

  • FAQs
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Privacy Policy
  • Custom CMS Pages (e.g., About Us, Refund Policy, Contact Us)

To add an FAQ:

  • Go to CMS → FAQs
  • Click Add New
  • Enter the question and answer
  • Click Submit

It will instantly reflect on the user-facing platform.

Yes. Each FAQ in the list has Edit and Delete options under the Actions column.

FAQs are shown on the user app or website, typically under the Help, Support, or FAQ sections.

Go to the Terms & Conditions tab under CMS Pages.

Use the built-in rich text editor to:

  • Format text (bold, italics, headings)
  • Add bullet points or sections
  • Save changes that reflect immediately to the user side

Yes. The editor supports:

  • Font size & color changes
  • Text alignment
  • Heading tags
  • Lists and spacing adjustments

This ensures clean and professional display of legal content.

The Privacy Policy can be edited via the Privacy Policy tab.

Use the same editor as Terms & Conditions to make and format updates.

Yes. Go to CMS → Add Page, then:

  • Enter a Page Title
  • Choose the Platform Type (App, Website, Merchant Panel)
  • Select the Display Type (e.g., Signup page, Footer, My Account)
  • Add content in the editor
  • Click Submit

It defines where the CMS page will appear, such as:

  • On the user app
  • On the user website
  • On the merchant portal

Display Type refers to when and where the CMS page is shown, such as:

  • During Signup
  • At Checkout
  • Inside My Account

This helps in targeting specific touchpoints in the user journey.

Yes. Any CMS page—FAQ, Terms, Privacy, or custom—can be deleted using the Delete action. You can also edit it any time.

Yes. All updates to CMS content reflect immediately on the platform, without needing a manual sync or app update.

No. The admin can create and manage unlimited CMS pages, FAQs, or legal documents based on platform needs.

Only users with the necessary admin permissions (typically platform administrators or content managers) can modify CMS content.
