FAQ's

The Banner section allows the admin to create, manage, and schedule promotional banners that appear on the user side of the platform. These banners can be used to showcase offers, announcements, or advertisements.

Banners are displayed on the user-facing application or website, based on the type and configuration set by the admin.

The admin can choose from:

  • Normal Banner – General purpose display
  • Offer Banner – Tied to a specific deal or offer
  • Advertisement Banner – Promotional ad not linked to a deal

Yes. During banner creation, the admin can define a date range that determines when the banner becomes visible and when it will expire.

The “Module” helps link the banner to a specific section or deal in the platform. This ensures targeted visibility — for example, an offer banner linked to a specific product or service.

No. Linking a deal is optional and only required if you select the “Offer Banner” type. For advertisement or normal banners, no link is needed.

The image must be under 2MB in size and should ideally be in a high-resolution format such as JPG or PNG. The recommended dimension will depend on where it is displayed (mobile or web).

Yes. Each banner in the list comes with Edit and Delete action buttons. You can modify the title, type, URL, date, or image even after it’s been added.

The “URL” is an optional link users will be redirected to upon clicking the banner — for example, a deal page, product detail, or an external site.

Yes. The admin can view all historical and active banners in the listing, which includes the banner title, image, type, associated module, and applicable dates.

Yes. Multiple banners can be live simultaneously, and the user interface will typically rotate them in a carousel or grid format, depending on the front-end design.

A date range is mandatory to define the banner’s visibility period. Without it, the banner will not be scheduled or shown on the user side.

Absolutely. Admins can use banners for public notices, app updates, seasonal greetings, or any non-promotional announcements as well.
