  • Buffer Scheduled Time – Gives drivers enough heads-up before a ride starts.
  • Maximum Schedule Period – Limits how far in advance a booking can be made.
  • Scheduled Notification Period – Sends alerts before a scheduled ride kicks in.

Cancellation Reasons: Let users and drivers select a reason for canceling, keeping feedback clear and organized.

App Banner Images: Customize banners for various panels, perfect for promotions, alerts, or branding.

SOS Settings: SOS Type & Method: Define how users request emergency help (e.g., call or message), and who gets notified.

Refer & Earn

The feature that enables users to recommend others to the app, offering rewards or incentives for successful referrals.

FAQ's

The Buffer Scheduled Time defines the minimum lead time (in minutes) required before a user can schedule a delivery or service. For example, if set to 30 minutes, users cannot schedule a delivery less than 30 minutes from the current time.

In the Module Settings, you can define the “Maximum Schedule Period” in days. This determines how far in advance a user can schedule a delivery or ride—for example, up to 5 days ahead.

This option determines how early users should be notified before a scheduled delivery becomes active. For example, a 60-minute notification alert will be sent 1 hour before the scheduled start time.

Yes, predefined cancellation reasons can be added, modified, or removed in the Module Settings. These reasons are shown to users when they cancel a ride or delivery.

Yes. You can toggle the “Cancel after acceptance” setting on or off to allow or prevent users from canceling rides once a driver has accepted the request.

In the Banner Images section:

  • You can upload new banner images.
  • Existing banners can be deleted.
  • Changes must be saved by clicking the Update button.

This feature allows users to refer others and earn rewards. Admins can define:

  • The referral title.
  • The code length.
  • The reward amount for both the referrer and the recipient.

Referral transactions are listed under Transaction History and include:

  • Date of referral
  • Referrer and referred user details
  • Referral bonuses awarded

Dynamic Labels are customizable tags or sections that can be added to the website or mobile application. They are useful for adding new marketing sections or quick links like “Deals” or “Offers.”

To add a dynamic label: 

  • Enter the label name
  • Provide its URL
  • Select whether it’s for the Application or Website
