FAQ's

The Tools section provides the admin with advanced control over modular settings, referral programs, banner management, image uploads, dynamic labels, and merchant access URLs, enabling platform-level customization without code changes.

Modular Settings allow the admin to configure critical behavioral settings of the platform, such as:

  • Scheduled booking buffer time
  • Notification alerts
  • Wallet usage limits
  • Cancellation reasons
  • Toggle features like Instant Booking, Location Sharing, Edit Order Price, etc.

Admins can set:

  • Buffer Time: Minimum time before a booking can be scheduled
  • Max Scheduled Days: How far in advance bookings are allowed
  • Notification Time: Advance notice sent to users before a service begins

Yes, admins can add, edit, or delete predefined cancellation reasons, which users can select while canceling a booking instead of typing manually.

It is the minimum order value required before users can apply their wallet balance during checkout. If the cart amount is lower than this threshold, the wallet will not be usable.

If enabled, this allows merchants or service providers to manually edit the price of an order—useful for custom pricing, negotiated jobs, or discounts.

Under the App Banner Image and Website Banner Images sections, admins can upload new banners for:

  • Landing Page
  • Store Banner
  • App Store/Play Store Images
  • Header images for merchant panels
These are directly reflected on the respective platforms.

It allows you to upload multiple service images in advance. Each image generates a URL which can be inserted into an Excel sheet. Once the service data sheet is uploaded, the image URLs auto-link to the correct services.

Yes. Admins can define the recurring types available to users—like “Every 3rd Day”, “Weekly”, or “Alternate Days”—to automate repeat bookings.

If a service remains in the cart beyond the defined number of days, a push or in-app notification will remind the user to complete the purchase. The reminder message can also be customized by the admin.

Admins can configure:

  • Referral Code Length
  • Reward Amount for both the referrer and the new user
Referral rewards are automatically applied when a referral code is used during sign-up. Admins can track referral usage in the Referral History section.

This allows the admin to create custom labels with URLs that can be shown in different parts of the app or website. Each label can be defined with:

  • A title
  • A destination URL
  • Visibility toggle for user, merchant, or website

It lists out all the merchant dashboard routes and URLs that may be referenced or modified. Useful for supporting third-party integrations or custom routing.

Yes. Once changes are made and the “Update” button is clicked, all configurations are saved and reflected instantly across the system.

Not necessarily. The Tools section is designed for non-technical admins to configure and maintain the system using toggle switches, input fields, and upload options without any coding.
