Sub Admin

The Subadmin module allows the super admin to create and manage additional admin accounts with specific access controls and responsibilities.

Subadmin List Overview

Details shown include: Image, Name, Phone, Email, Created At, Edit, Delete

At the top left corner, there is an ‘Add Sub Admin’ button. When tapped, you’ll be redirected to the sub admin creation page.

In this interface, you can see two function buttons: ‘Personal’ and ‘Module’

Personal Section


Here, you can enter the name, email, phone number, password, and then hit the submit button.

Module Section


Four Main Access Sections:
Each section includes access levels like View, Add, Edit, Delete for each module.

  1. Basic
    Control core features like:

    • Dashboard
    • Outlet
    • Orders
    • Sales Report
    • Notifications
    • Store Status

    Tap over the ‘Add’ button

  2. Manage Product
    Control core features like:

    • My Products
    • Manage Inventory
    • Rating Reviews

    Hit ‘Add’ button

To create a sub admin, you need:

First name

Last name

Email address

Phone number (with country code)

Password

Profile image

Yes. After adding the basic details, you can grant specific permissions. These permissions define what the sub admin can view, edit, delete, or manage on the platform.

 

Permissions are usually divided into:

Basic permissions: Like view, edit, delete actions on general data.

Manage product permissions: For adding, editing, or removing product-related information.

 

You can click the Edit button next to the sub admin’s name in the listing. From there, update permissions, details, or the profile image as needed.

Yes. Use the Delete button next to the sub admin’s record to permanently remove them and revoke all their access.

All created sub admins appear in a table with:

Serial number

Profile image

Name

Phone number

Email address

Creation date

Edit and delete actions

Once created:

The sub admin appears in the listing.

They can log in with the email and password set during creation.

Their access will be limited to the permissions assigned.

No. Sub admins only get access based on the permissions you grant. They cannot access or change areas they were not given permission for.
