Outlet

The Outlet section is your go-to space to manage your store locations with just a few clicks.

Each outlet is displayed in a card format, showcasing the complete store address. Along with an edit and delete icon to ease the process.

When you hit the Edit button, a popup appears with a map-based location editor, giving you complete control

Here’s what you can do:
Address Field: The outlet address is shown at the top — easy to copy or update.
Interactive Map:

  • Use the Map View to visually confirm the outlet’s location.
  • The red pin lets you precisely mark your delivery base.

Right below the map, you’ll find two important fields:

Delivery Area Option

Choose how you want to define your delivery boundaries:

  • Fixed Delivery Area – Great for simple setups; just input a number (like 4 km) and that’s your delivery radius.
  • Geofencing – Ideal for advanced setups; draw custom delivery zones on the map for full control.

Delivery Area: Input the delivery radius (in km) if you choose Fixed Delivery.

The Outlet section shows the list of all outlets that a merchant currently has on the platform, including each outlet’s address and delivery settings.

No. Merchants can view and edit existing outlets, but to add a new outlet they must first contact the admin. Once the admin approves, they will be able to add new outlet details.

Merchants can update:

Outlet address

Delivery method (geo-fence or fixed delivery area)

Delivery radius or polygon area, depending on the selected method

Geo-fence: Merchant draws a polygon on the map defining an exact delivery boundary.

Fixed delivery area: Merchant specifies a radius (e.g., 170 meters) around the outlet where delivery is offered.

They open the outlet in edit mode, adjust the delivery radius or polygon, then click Update to save changes.

Any changes made will not be saved, and the outlet details remain unchanged.

This keeps platform data consistent and allows admin to review new locations, maintain quality standards, and manage promotions before outlets go live.

The flow described focuses on viewing and editing outlets. Adding or deleting an outlet is typically controlled by the admin to maintain data accuracy.
