Orders

The Orders panel is your one-stop dashboard to manage every single order with precision and ease.

At the very top, you’ll find a clean and powerful filter bar to narrow down your search quickly:

  • Select Payment Mode: Choose between payment methods like Cash, Online, or Wallet.
  • Select Outlet: If you manage multiple branches, pick the one whose orders you want to view.
  • Search by Username or Order No.: Enter customer name or order ID to find specific records fast.
  • Date Filter: Select a Start Date and End Date to track orders over time.
  • Create Order: Manually add an order by tapping this button

Below the filter and action bar, you’ll find multiple order status tabs. These help you track orders by their current state: Pending, Accepted, Ongoing, Cancelled, Completed, Scheduled/Recurring, All

Tapping any of these tabs reveals a grid of order cards, each showing summarized order information.

Each order card provides a quick glance at key order details:

  • Order Status (Pending, Accepted, etc.)
  • Payment Mode
  • Laundry Brand
  • Order Number
  • Customer Mobile Number
  • Driver Details (Name, Phone)
  • User Details

You’ll also find a flash card inside each order tile, highlighting:

  • Order Time
  • Order Date
  • Total Amount

Driver Details – Expanded View

If you tap on Driver Details within any order card, a detailed interface slides out from the corner, displaying comprehensive order and delivery info:

  • Service Name
  • Order Number
  • User & Driver Details (Name, Phone, Email)
  • Pickup Address
  • Delivery Address
  • Total Amount Breakdown

You can also export that data.

On the right corner, you’ll find ‘create order’ button:

Tapping this opens a pop-up form where you can manually create a new order by filling in:

  • User Details: Name, Phone Number, Address
  • Payment Type: Choose from available options
  • Select Outlet
  • Select Product
  • Hit submit

FAQ's

The Order section allows merchants to monitor, manage, and process all orders placed on their platform. It provides a real-time view of each order’s status, payment details, customer and driver information, and order timeline.

Orders are categorized into seven tabs based on their lifecycle stage:

Pending – New orders waiting for merchant approval

Accepted – Orders approved by the merchant

Ongoing – Orders actively being processed or delivered

Canceled – Orders canceled by merchant, admin, or customer

Completed – Successfully delivered orders

Scheduled – Orders placed by users to be delivered at a future date and time

Recurring / All – Complete list of all orders placed, across all statuses

For each order, merchants can view:

Order status and type (instant or scheduled)

Payment mode (e.g., cash, card)

Order number and total amount

Customer name and phone number

Driver name and phone number (if assigned)

Timestamp of when the order was placed

The Order section includes several filter and search tools:

Payment type filter – View orders paid by card, cash, etc.

Outlet filter – For multi-outlet merchants, filter by specific outlet

Search bar – Search by order number or customer username

Date range filter – View orders placed within a chosen time frame

Clear filter – Reset all filters to view the full list again

Orders can be viewed in two formats:

List view – Displays orders as rows with detailed information

Grid view – Shows orders in a tile/card layout for quick browsing

Yes. Merchants can create an order directly:

Enter customer’s first and last name

Select country code and phone number

Choose the delivery address

Select payment type (prepayment or post-payment)

Select the outlet (filtered by address)

Add products from the outlet

Optionally add discount and/or additional charges

Choose order type (instant or scheduled with date & time)

Click Create – order appears immediately in Accepted section

Because they are created by the merchant from the backend, these orders do not need further approval — they are trusted and automatically added to the Accepted list.

Scheduled orders appear in the Scheduled tab until their delivery time approaches. Merchants can see them in advance, prepare accordingly, and update their status when ready.

While merchants can change the status (e.g., move to ongoing or cancel), they cannot directly edit product quantities or prices after the order is created. They can instead cancel and create a new order if changes are needed.

This flow helps merchants clearly track each order’s journey:

Start (Pending) → Approval (Accepted) → Processing (Ongoing) → Finish (Completed)

It also allows easy management of exceptions (Canceled) and planning for future deliveries (Scheduled).
