Notifications

The Notifications module allows admins to broadcast messages directly to users, whether it’s about offers, updates, or important alerts.

Here you can see all the notifications on the basis of order number, title, status, and date.

The Notification section displays two types of notifications:

System-generated notifications – automatically triggered by platform activity (for example, order updates).

Admin notifications – manually sent by the admin team to all merchants or to selected merchants.

Each notification shows:

Order number (if it’s linked to a specific order)

Title of the notification

Status (read/unread)

Date when the notification was received

These are messages sent directly by the admin to merchants. They can be:

Announcements

Policy updates

Important alerts

Each entry shows the notification title, message content, and the date it was sent.

No, the notifications are view-only. They are logged automatically or sent by admin, so merchants can only view them, not delete or edit them.

This section helps merchants:

Stay updated with real-time order-related updates

Quickly view admin announcements or instructions

Track which notifications they have seen and when

In the standard flow, the merchant sees a chronological list. While detailed search or filter options are typically not built-in, merchants can scroll to review previous notifications easily.

Even if missed initially, the notification remains listed in the Notification section until it’s viewed, so merchants can check it later.
