FAQ's

The dashboard gives the admin a quick, real-time snapshot of overall platform performance — showing key metrics like total orders, revenue, pending orders, ongoing orders, and more.

The cards display real-time values such as:

Total orders

Pending orders

Ongoing orders

Outlets

Total revenue

Paid amount

Earnings

These numbers update automatically as new orders are placed or existing ones change status.

Yes, each card is functional.

Clicking on a card takes you to the detailed section for that metric — for example, clicking on “total orders” opens the detailed order list.

It shows the most recent orders placed on the platform, divided into:

Pending

Accepted

Ongoing

Canceled

Completed

Scheduled

Recurring

All orders

Admins can see details like order number, status, payment mode, customer & driver info, order type, and timestamps.

Yes, admins can:

Filter by payment mode (e.g., cash, card, etc.)

Search by username or order number

Select a date range to see orders placed in a specific period

Clear all filters anytime to see the full list again

Admins or merchants can manually create a new order by entering details like:

Customer name

Phone number & address

Payment type (prepayment/post-payment)

Selecting outlet & products

Setting discounts, additional charges

Viewing a final summary before submitting

Since the order is created directly by the merchant or admin, it automatically shows up in the accepted section, skipping the pending stage.

Yes, from any section, the admin can return to the main dashboard view to see the live overview again.
