Tax Report

The Tax Report section provides a clear financial breakdown of commissions and payments.

The interface displays a well-organized table showing transaction-level data that includes:
Order No, Admin Commission, Merchant Commission Data

FAQ's

The Tax Report section helps merchants see a detailed financial breakdown of all completed orders. It clearly shows the admin commission and merchant commission, along with taxable amounts, tax amounts, and total amounts, making it easier to track earnings and plan finances.

Only orders marked as completed appear in the Tax Report. Orders that are pending, ongoing, or still in process are not included, so reports only reflect finalized transactions.

For each completed order, the report displays:

  • Admin commission: taxable amount, tax amount, and total amount
  • Merchant commission: store name, taxable amount, tax amount, and total amount
  • Overall total amount related to the service

This helps merchants see exactly what was earned by them and what went to the admin.

Only completed orders are listed in the report. If an order is pending or still being processed, it won’t appear until it’s marked as completed.

Merchants can track and analyze total earnings, understand the tax breakdown, and identify how much commission was taken by the admin. This makes it easier to reconcile accounts, prepare tax filings, and plan future business decisions.

While the video focused on viewing the report within the panel, typically merchants can also export these reports to save locally, share with accountants, or keep for their own financial records.

Yes, as soon as an order is marked as completed in the system, the tax details and commission breakdown appear in the report automatically.

  • Admin commission is the platform’s share, including its taxable and tax amounts.
  • Merchant commission reflects the merchant’s earnings from the same order, broken down similarly.
