Sub Admin

The Subadmin module allows the super admin to create and manage additional admin accounts with specific access controls and responsibilities.

Subadmin List Overview

Details shown include: Image, Name, Phone, Email, Created At, Edit, Delete

At the top left corner, there is an ‘Add Sub Admin’ button. When tapped, you’ll be redirected to the sub admin creation page.

In this interface, you can see two function buttons: ‘Personal’ and ‘Module’

Personal Section


Here, you can enter the name, email, phone number, password and then hit the submit button.

Module Section


Four Main Access Sections:
Each section includes access levels like View, Add, Edit, Delete for each module.

  1. Basic
    Control core features like:

    • Dashboard
    • Outlet
    • Orders
    • Sales Report
    • Notifications
    • Store Status

    Tap over the ‘Add’ button

  2. Manage Product
    Control core features like:

    • My Products
    • Manage Inventory
    • Rating Reviews

    Hit ‘Add’ button

The Sub Admin section allows the merchant to add team members as sub admins. Merchants can manage their details, assign specific access rights, and control what each sub admin can view or edit in the merchant panel.

You can view the service number, profile image, name, phone number, email address, creation date, and use options to edit or delete the sub admin from the panel.

  • Go to the Sub Admin section and click to add a new sub admin.
  • Enter personal details like first name, last name, email address, phone number (with country code), and password.
  • Optionally upload an image for easier identification.
  • Click Next to configure access permissions by choosing what the sub admin can view or edit in different sections.

You can choose to give sub admins permissions such as:

  • View and edit access for basic details
  • Manage products or inventory
  • Access to rating and review sections

This helps merchants control exactly what parts of the system each sub admin can manage.

Yes, after adding a sub admin, you can edit their permissions or details anytime. You can also remove their access completely by deleting them from the panel.

Once added, the sub admin appears in the list on the sub admin page with all their details and configured access. You can then track, update, or remove them as needed.

Adding a profile image makes it easier to identify team members quickly, especially if you have multiple sub admins.
