FAQ's

The Report section helps the merchant analyze order-level details such as order revenue, time of delivery, distances covered, and timestamps for key milestones like order placement, acceptance, and drop-off. It supports decision-making and dispute resolution.

For each order, you can view:

  • Order number and date
  • Drop-off location
  • Client name
  • Driver name
  • Timestamps (order creation, acceptance, pickup, delivery, etc.)
  • Total distance covered
  • Total amount earned from the order

With complete visibility into order timelines and actions, merchants can easily verify when a delay or issue occurred. This is particularly useful for identifying service bottlenecks or inaccuracies in customer complaints.

Yes. You can filter the report using:

  • Preset time filters like Today, Last 7 Days, etc.
  • Outlet filter, if you manage multiple outlets
  • Custom date range (e.g., from 1st July to 7th July)

Use the date picker to select a custom start and end date. The report will refresh and display only the orders that were created during the selected timeframe.

Yes, you can export the filtered sales report and download it to your local system. This helps with monthly reporting, bookkeeping, and offline analysis.

Yes. You can see the exact timestamps for each stage of the order, which helps you track how quickly services are being delivered, and identify any delays in the process.

This refers to the total distance the service provider or delivery person traveled to complete the order — useful for analyzing logistical performance.

While the panel shows one outlet at a time, you can export reports for each outlet separately and compare them manually using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

The merchant owner and any authorized merchant sub-admin (with permission) can access the Report section. Permissions can be controlled from the Sub Admin management settings.
