FAQ's

The Outlet section allows the admin to view, manage, and edit all physical store or vendor outlet details. It includes address management, delivery zone configuration, and service visibility control for each outlet.

When editing an outlet, you can:

  • Update the outlet’s address
  • Configure delivery area visibility
  • Choose the delivery radius (Fixed Area) or define a custom service area (Geo-Fencing)

These changes determine which customers can view and order from the outlet.

In Fixed Delivery Area, you define a radius (e.g., 30 km). The system then creates a circular zone around the outlet address. Customers within that circle can view and place orders for that outlet.

Geo-Fencing lets the admin manually draw a polygon on the map, enclosing a custom area. Only users inside this manually defined region can access the outlet’s products.

Yes, the admin can switch between delivery area types at any time while editing an outlet. Simply choose the preferred option, define the area, and click Update to save.

Once you configure and save the delivery area:

  • The outlet’s product visibility updates instantly.
  • Only users within the defined delivery zone will be able to see and place orders from that outlet.

Yes. Each outlet can have its own delivery zone. You can define separate delivery settings for every outlet based on its operational coverage.

No. Only users located within the specified Fixed Area or Geo-Fenced zone will be able to view that outlet and place orders from it.

While there is no direct preview, you can use a test customer account to simulate user behavior and validate which outlets are visible based on different locations.
