The Tax Report section helps merchants track their earnings from all completed orders, showing a clear breakdown between the admin commission and merchant commission, including the taxable amount, tax applied, and total revenue generated.

Only completed orders—that is, orders marked as completed by both the user and the merchant—are visible in this section. Pending, canceled, or ongoing orders are not included.

It includes:

  • Outlet Name where the order was placed
  • Date and Time of order creation
  • Taxable Amount earned by the merchant
  • Tax Amount applied
  • Total Amount after tax

This data reflects the net income the merchant receives per order.

This section displays:

  • The portion of the order’s total amount that goes to the platform admin
  • Its associated tax components
  • Final admin earnings from the order

Each order listed in the Tax Report shows:

  • Order Number
  • Drop-off Location
  • Client Name
  • Admin vs. Merchant earnings split

This breakdown helps in tax filing, commission tracking, and financial clarity.

Yes, you can export the entire Tax Report to your local system using the Export option. The file will include all relevant data for your own recordkeeping or accounting.

Yes, filters are available at the top of the Tax Report page:

  • You can choose a specific date range (e.g., June 1–30)
  • You can filter reports by a particular outlet if you manage multiple branches

Only completed orders are eligible for tax reporting. If an order is still in pending, ongoing, or canceled status, it won’t be listed in the tax report.
