Sub Admin

The Subadmin module allows the super admin to create and manage additional admin accounts with specific access controls and responsibilities.

Subadmin List Overview

At the top left corner, there is an ‘Add Sub Admin’ button, and tapping that, you’ll be taken to a sub-admin creation page.

In this interface, you can see two function buttons: ‘Personal and Module’

In the Personal Section

Here you can enter name, email, phone number, password and hit the submit button.

In the Module section

Four Main Access Sections:
Each section includes access levels like View, Add, Edit, and Delete for each module.

Control core features like:

  • Dashboard
  • Outlet

  • Manage Catering

  • Store Status

The Subadmin module allows the merchant to assign role-based access to other team members. This ensures that specific individuals can manage or view only selected modules of the merchant panel based on their responsibilities.

Only the primary merchant account holder has the authority to create and manage subadmins.

The following details must be provided:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email ID
  • Phone number (with country code)
  • Password
  • Profile image

After entering basic details, the merchant can assign module-level permissions. For each module (e.g., Dashboard, Sales Report, Orders), they can enable:

  • View
  • Edit
  • Delete

Yes, permissions are fully customizable. You can assign access to only selected modules and actions (e.g., View access to Dashboard, Edit access to Sales Report).

Yes, the merchant can click the Edit option to:

  • Change name, contact details, or image
  • Modify role-based permissions
  • Activate/Deactivate the subadmin

Yes, a subadmin can be deleted. Once deleted, the user will lose all platform access, and their role-based privileges will be permanently revoked.

There is no default limit from the system. However, platform admins may enforce limits based on the merchant’s subscription plan.

The subadmin must contact the merchant (who created them), who can reset the password or delete and recreate the subadmin profile.

Yes, upon successful creation, subadmins receive credentials (email/password) through the merchant and can log in using the dedicated subadmin login interface.

No. Subadmins can only access the modules and actions assigned to them. They cannot override or view the merchant’s full permissions unless explicitly granted.

The system enforces role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure data is compartmentalized. Subadmins only see what they are permitted to view or edit.
