Outlet

The Outlet section is your go-to space to manage your store locations with just a few clicks.

Each outlet is displayed in a card format, showcasing the complete store address. Along with edit and delete icon to ease the process.

When you hit the Edit button, a pop-up appears with a map-based location editor, giving you complete control

Here’s what you can do:

Address Field: The outlet address is shown at the top — easy to copy or update.

Interactive Map:

  • Use the Map View to visually confirm the outlet’s location.
  • The red pin lets you precisely mark your delivery base.

Right below the map, you’ll find two important fields:

Delivery Area Option

Choose how you want to define your delivery boundaries:

  • Fixed Delivery Area – Great for simple setups; just input a number (like 4 km) and that’s your delivery radius.
  • Geofencing – Ideal for advanced setups; draw custom delivery zones on the map for full control.

Delivery Area: Input the delivery radius (in km) if you chose Fixed Delivery.

The Outlets section allows merchants with multiple physical locations (restaurants, stores, etc.) to view, edit, and manage all of their registered outlet addresses from one place.

Yes, multiple outlets can be added. However, only the admin can manually create and add a new outlet for a merchant. Merchants cannot add new outlets themselves from the panel.

Each outlet card or row shows:

  • Outlet name
  • Outlet address
  • Edit and delete options

To edit an outlet:

  • Click the Edit button beside the outlet.
  • Update the address, PIN code, or delivery area.
  • Enable and set up geofencing, if needed.
  • Click Update, and changes will be saved and reflected.

Geofencing allows you to define a specific delivery radius or region on a map for a particular outlet. This helps control delivery service boundaries for that outlet.

Yes, merchants have the option to delete any of their existing outlets if it is no longer operational or required.

Please contact the platform admin. Only the admin has permission to create and assign a new outlet to your merchant account.

Only the active and assigned outlets will be used in the ordering and delivery process. Visibility depends on how your platform is configured from the admin end.

Yes, using the geofencing feature, each outlet can have custom delivery areas based on location-specific logistics.

Once a merchant updates outlet details (address, area, geofence), the information is immediately updated on the platform, ensuring accurate delivery and order routing.
