Orders

The Orders panel is your one-stop dashboard to manage every single order with precision and ease.

At the very top, you’ll find a clean and powerful filter bar to narrow down your search quickly:

  • Select Payment Mode: Choose between payment methods like Cash, Online, or Wallet.
  • Select Outlet: If you manage multiple branches, pick the one whose orders you want to view.
  • Search by Username or Order No.: Enter customer name or order ID to find specific records fast.
  • Date Filter: Select a Start Date and End Date to track orders over time.
  • Create Order: Manually add an order by tapping this button

Below the filter and action bar, you’ll find multiple order status tabs. These help you track orders by their current state: Pending, Accepted, Ongoing, Cancelled, Completed, Scheduled/Recurring, All.

Tapping any of these tabs reveals a grid of order cards, each showing summarized order information.

Each order card provides a quick-glance glance of key order details:

  • Order Status (Pending, Accepted, etc.)
  • Payment Mode
  • Order Number
  • Customer Mobile Number
  • Driver Details (Name, Phone)
  • Customer Details

You’ll also find a flash card inside each order tile, highlighting:

  • Order Time
  • Order Date
  • Total Amount

Driver Details – Expanded View

If you tap on Driver Details within any order card, a detailed interface slides out from the corner, displaying comprehensive order and delivery info:

  • Restaurant Name
  • Order Number
  • Estimated Delivery Time
  • Itemized Order List
  • Add-Ons
  • User & Driver Details (Name, Phone, Email)
  • Pickup Address
  • Delivery Address
  • Total Amount Breakdown

You can also export that data.

On the right corner, you’ll find ‘create order’ button:

Tapping this opens a pop-up form where you can manually create a new order by filling in:

  • User Details: Name, Phone Number, Address
  • Payment Type: Choose from available options
  • Select Outlet
  • Select Product
  • Hit submit

FAQ's

The Order section serves as the central hub where merchants can manage all incoming, ongoing, and completed orders. It allows viewing order details, updating statuses, filtering results, and creating orders manually.

Orders are categorized into:

  • Pending – User-placed but not yet accepted
  • Accepted – Order accepted by the merchant
  • Ongoing – Currently being fulfilled
  • Cancelled – Canceled by either party
  • Completed – Delivered successfully
  • Scheduled – Booked for a future date
  • All – Displays all orders across statuses

Yes. If the order is still ongoing or accepted, the merchant can manually update the status (e.g., mark as Completed), which will also reflect on the user’s side.

Clicking on any order card opens a detailed panel that includes:

  • Order number & status
  • Item list & quantities
  • Customer and driver details
  • Address, distance, and delivery time
  • Payment method and total amount
  • Ratings (if given by the user)

Each order card shows:

  • Status (Accepted, Rejected, Completed, etc.)
  • Payment method (Cash, Wallet, Online)
  • Order number
  • Customer phone number
  • Driver name & contact
  • Customer name & address
  • Time and date
  • Order type and amount

Filters let merchants narrow down results by:

  • Payment Mode
  • Outlet (for multi-outlet merchants)
  • Customer Name
  • Date Range (Start & End)

You can also clear all applied filters with the “Clear” button.

Yes. Using the “Create Order” button, merchants can:

  • Enter user info (name, phone, address)
  • Choose payment type and outlet
  • Select products and add to cart
  • Apply discounts or extra charges
  • Choose instant or scheduled delivery
  • Place the order directly

Orders created by merchants are auto-accepted and shown under the Accepted tab, not the Pending tab.

Yes. During checkout, merchants can:

  • Apply discounts (percentage or fixed amount)
  • Add extra charges
  • See final billing summary before confirming

It will appear under the Scheduled tab until the scheduled time is reached. The merchant can still view and manage its details in advance.

Yes. Use the Select Outlet dropdown in the filter section to isolate and view orders specific to a particular outlet.

It moves from Ongoing or Accepted to the Cancelled tab. The merchant can review the reason and status in the order details panel.

Yes. They can use the Username search field to find orders linked to a particular user by typing in the name or a related keyword.

The timestamp allows the merchant to filter orders by a defined start and end date, which is helpful for daily, weekly, or monthly tracking and reporting.
