FAQ's

The Booking section allows dispatchers to view, manage, and track all bookings that have been accepted by the admin. It ensures smooth allocation to drivers and provides full visibility into the booking lifecycle—from pending to completion.

Once a booking is accepted by the admin, it is automatically allocated to drivers based on smart allocation algorithms that consider proximity, availability, and performance metrics.

  • Pending: Bookings that haven’t been allocated or accepted yet.
  • Scheduled: Future bookings with a specific scheduled date and time.
  • Ongoing: Live bookings currently in progress.
  • Completed: Finished bookings displayed with summary cards.
  • All: Includes every booking—pending, scheduled, ongoing, completed, and canceled.

Each card provides a quick snapshot including:

  • User Name
  • Booking ID
  • Pickup & Drop-off Address
  • Booking Status
  • Reference ID
  • Trip Time
