Notifications

The Notifications module allows admins to broadcast messages directly to users, whether it’s about offers, updates, or important alerts.

Notifications Table Overview

Each notification entry displays:

  • Title – Header of the message
  • Message Content – Main body of the notification
  • User Type – Whether it was sent to all users or a specific segment
  • Date & Time – When it was sent
  • Status – Delivery confirmation

+ Send a New Notification

To create and broadcast a notification:

  1. Fill in:
    • Notification Title
    • Notification Message
    • User Type (select a user or send to all)
  2. Hit Send

The notification will instantly reach the user’s app!

On the top right side, there is a search bar. Use it to find past notifications and filter them by keywords from the title or message

The Notification feature allows the admin to send push notifications to all users or selected users. It's useful for broadcasting announcements, promotions, service updates, or important alerts.

To create a new notification:

  • Go to the Notification section in the Admin Panel.
  • Enter the Title of the notification.
  • Write the Message content.
  • Choose whether to send to all users or select specific users.
  • Click Send Notification.

Yes. You can manually select one or more users from the user list and then send the notification specifically to them.

After sending a notification, a confirmation pop-up will appear saying “Notification Sent Successfully”. The notification will also be recorded in the Notification History section.

You can view all past notifications in the Notification Records section. Each record will display the Title, Message, and the list of users who received it.

No, once a notification is sent, it cannot be edited or deleted. This is to maintain transparency and record-keeping.

Yes, users will receive the notification instantly as a push notification, assuming their device is connected to the internet and app notifications are enabled.

Ensure that:

  • The user has the app installed.
  • The user has push notifications enabled.
  • The user was selected when the notification was sent (if not sent to all).

If all these are correct and the issue persists, please contact support.

Currently, the notification feature supports text-only content (title and message). Media attachments are not supported at this time.

There is no limit for sending to all users. However, when selecting users manually, we recommend keeping the selection manageable for performance reasons.
