FAQ's

The Sales Report module provides a detailed view of revenue generation and bookings on the platform. It helps the admin track both online and cash revenue, view month-wise reports, and analyze user booking behavior over time.

The system displays two types of revenue:

  • Online Revenue – payments made via online methods like wallet, card, or UPI
  • Cash Revenue – amount collected in cash at the time of booking or service completion

Revenue data is shown in both graphical (chart) and tabular (table) formats. The admin can switch between views using the “Chart” and “Table” buttons for each section.

Yes. You can filter reports using multiple time filters such as:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Yearly
  • Or a custom date range

Simply click the Export button located within each revenue section. A file (usually in Excel or CSV format) will be downloaded to your local system, containing all relevant data as per the selected filters.

This section lists every booking made on the platform with details like:

  • Booking Number
  • Creation Date
  • Fare Amount
  • Cash Paid
  • Wallet Paid (in case of partial payments)

It reflects the payment split, if the user chose to pay partially via wallet and cash.

Yes. There is a date range filter where you can select the start and end date to view bookings within that specific period.

Users can split their fare between wallet balance and cash.

  • The wallet-paid amount and the cash-paid amount are shown separately in the Booking Transaction section.
  • The fare amount reflects the total, while the system records the mode of each part of the payment.

The Month-wise Report section shows platform performance on a monthly basis. It includes:

  • Total number of bookings each month
  • Total number of users who made bookings
This helps identify trends in user activity and revenue generation.

Yes. Each section—Online Revenue, Cash Revenue, and Bookings—has the option to toggle between Chart View and Table View.

Reports are typically exported in Excel (XLS/XLSX) or CSV format, making them easy to open, edit, and analyze.

Yes. The export will reflect the data based on your currently applied filters—whether by date range, view type (chart/table), or time period (weekly, monthly, etc.).

Yes. As long as data exists in the system, the admin can apply date filters and view historical reports anytime through the dashboard.

Most systems update reports periodically or in near real-time. However, this depends on your specific platform’s backend setup.

There’s no practical limit for viewing or exporting, but very large data sets might be split or paginated for performance reasons.
