The Wallet tab is your personal money vault inside the merchant panel. It lets you manage funds smoothly, making order payments and plan purchases faster and more efficient.

Here you can simply enter the desired amount and hit Submit to load funds into your wallet in seconds.

The Wallet module allows merchants to manage their platform-related financial activities, including checking their current wallet balance, viewing transaction history, and topping up the wallet for platform-related purchases or services.

At the top of the Wallet module, the “Wallet Amount” section displays your current wallet balance in real-time.

To add funds:

  • Click on the “Top Up” button.
  • Enter the amount you wish to add.
  • Click Submit.
  • Select a payment option (such as card, UPI, or bank transfer).
  • Complete the payment process using OTP/confirmation.

Once successful, the wallet balance and transaction history will be updated automatically.

The available payment options may include debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, or bank accounts. The list will be displayed after clicking Submit during the top-up process.

Yes, under the “Wallet History” section, you can view all credits and debits. Each entry includes:

  • Date & time of transaction
  • Transaction ID
  • Transaction title
  • Type (Credit or Debit)
  • Amount involved

Transactions can be initiated either by the admin (for refunds or incentives) or the merchant (for top-ups or purchases). The transaction title clearly mentions the initiator.

Once you complete a top-up:

  • You’ll see a payment confirmation screen.
  • The wallet balance will update.
  • A new entry will appear in the Wallet History with transaction details.

If a payment fails, the wallet balance will not be updated. You may retry the payment. For failed payments with deductions, check your bank and contact support if needed.

The system may have a configured minimum or maximum top-up limit, depending on your platform settings. This will be prompted during the top-up process.

Yes, the wallet balance can be used for any Quick Works platform-related purchases, such as subscriptions, credits, or promotional services, depending on your merchant permissions.
