The Subscription Module allows merchants to explore, purchase, manage, and cancel subscription plans provided by the QuickWorks platform. It also displays currently active subscriptions and provides details like pricing, features, and billing frequency.

All available plans are listed under the “List of Subscription Plans” section. Each plan includes the plan name, pricing, image, key features, and a “Buy Now” button for easy purchase.

Click on the “Buy Now” button next to your preferred plan. Follow the payment process and select a billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). After successful payment, the plan becomes active immediately.

Yes. During the purchase, you can opt for AutoPay. This ensures that the subscription amount is deducted automatically from your selected bank account based on the plan cycle.

All active and past subscriptions are listed under the “Purchased Subscription” section. You can view plan name, details, pricing, and features of your current subscription.

Yes. Click on the “Cancel” button next to the active subscription. A confirmation popup will appear. Once confirmed, the subscription will be cancelled and AutoPay (if active) will be disabled.

Switching plans is subject to admin-defined rules and eligibility criteria. If switching is allowed for your account, you’ll be able to cancel the current plan and purchase a new one.

Once cancelled, your access to subscription features may be restricted depending on the plan type and the billing cycle. A confirmation message will be shown and AutoPay (if enabled) will stop.

Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation prompt before any cancellation, and reminders or notifications are shown before renewal if AutoPay is enabled.

Currently, subscriptions are typically tied to the merchant account, not per outlet. All details are visible and manageable from the central Subscription Module.
