Notifications
The Notifications module allows admins to broadcast messages directly to users, whether it’s about offers, updates, or important alerts.
Here you can see all the notifications on the basis of order number, title, status and date.
FAQ's
The Notification section provides merchants with real-time alerts and updates about platform activities, such as order status changes, admin announcements, or system messages.
You will receive:
- Order-related notifications (e.g., new order placed, order status updated)
- Platform or feature updates
- Admin messages or instructions
Each notification row contains:
- Notification Number: Unique ID for tracking
- Order Number: Linked order (if applicable)
- Title: Summary of the notification
- Status: Seen or unseen
- Timestamp: When the notification was generated
- General Notifications: Generated automatically based on platform activity (e.g., order status updates).
- Admin Notifications: Sent manually by the platform admin, usually containing important platform-wide announcements or merchant-specific alerts.
Currently, the system displays notifications in reverse chronological order (latest on top). There is no filter option, but notifications are grouped into two tabs:
- General Notifications
- Admin Notifications
Yes, the system automatically pushes new notifications in real-time, ensuring you’re always updated with the latest activity.
Each notification, if related to an order, will display the Order Number, allowing you to click or match it with your Order section for full details.
Currently, notifications cannot be deleted, but they are auto-marked or color-tagged as seen/unseen based on your activity.
Admin notifications are used to share important communications such as:
- Policy updates
- System maintenance schedules
- Platform changes
These help keep merchants aligned with backend operations.
Simply revisit the Notification section. All messages are stored chronologically. If unclear, you can reach out to the platform admin or support team using the contact/help section.
