Sub Admin

The Subadmin module allows the super admin to create and manage additional admin accounts with specific access controls and responsibilities.

Subadmin List Overview

Image, Name, Phone, Email, Created At, Edit, Delete

At the top left corner there is a ‘Add Sub Admin’ button, while tapping that you’ll be taken to a sub admin-creation page.

In this interface you can see two function button: ‘Personal and Module’

In the personal section

Here you can enter name, email, phone number, password and hit the submit button.

In the Module section

Four Main Access Sections:

Each section includes access levels like View, Add, Edit, Delete for each module.

Control core features like:

  • My Products

Go to the Sub Admin section and click “Add Sub Admin”. Fill out the required form fields including first name, last name, email, phone number (with country code), and a passcode. Upload a profile image and proceed to assign permissions to specific modules.

Yes, uploading a profile image is mandatory. It helps in identifying and managing sub admins visually on the platform.

You can assign view, edit, or full access to specific modules such as:

Yes, merchants can create and manage multiple sub admins based on their operational needs.

Yes. From the sub admin listing table, you can click the “Edit” button to modify their details or permissions.

Yes, if a sub admin is no longer needed, you can delete them using the “Delete” button available in the sub admin listing.

Once added, the sub admin can log into the merchant panel using their credentials. They will only see and manage the sections/modules granted to them by the merchant.

No. Sub admins have restricted access based only on what is granted during the role definition stage. They cannot access modules outside of their permissions.

No. The login credentials (email and passcode) need to be manually shared by the merchant after creation.
